AI agent for real estate: from the listing to the booked viewing
AI agents that show the properties published in your Wasi over WhatsApp, send the photo gallery, qualify the enquiry and leave the viewing booked with an advisor.
How many enquiries do you lose by not answering in time?
These are the bottlenecks costing your real estate operation the most sales and time.
Every enquiry answered, qualified and with the viewing booked
AI agents that show the properties published in your Wasi over WhatsApp, send the photo gallery, qualify the enquiry and leave the viewing booked with an advisor.
Before and after
From the same old bottlenecks to a real advantage
Enquiries come off the listing at any hour and the advisor is not there.
The Met answers, reads the real portfolio and replies with published properties.
Sending the same photos and the same details over and over.
The full gallery goes out on the channel when asked, without waiting for anyone.
Viewings booked by hand, on hours that were never free.
Real open slots from the advisor and a booking at the exact time the person picked.
Leads that live only on the phone of whoever answered.
The enquiry lands as a client in Wasi and as a qualified contact in the CRM.
The solution
How Meteor automates your real estate operation
Only what is published and live
City, area, type, price and floor area come from your own portfolio, so the Met offers what exists. A withdrawn property stops appearing even if someone saw it yesterday.
The photos, when they are actually asked for
A property’s full gallery is requested separately and goes out on the channel as images. To compare options, it sends cards with a photo, a title and a description.
It remembers what it already showed you
For half an hour it keeps what was looked up, so “the one on Seventh Avenue” is answered without searching the whole portfolio again.
It qualifies into fields, not into a paragraph
Budget, area and timeline each land in their own field on the contact. A field can be filtered and counted; a note can only be read.
The lead lands where your team works
It is also registered as a client in Wasi, looked up before being created so the same enquiry does not produce two records.
The viewing booked and handed over
Real open slots from the advisor, a booking at the exact time, and a handover with the note written so the advisor arrives to close and not to ask.
Integrations
The systems your real estate operation already runs
Your listings, your advisors’ calendars and your follow-up already live in your systems. The Met operates them from inside the conversation.
Wasi
21 toolsYour real estate CRM. The Met searches listings by city, type, price and area, sends a property’s photo gallery, remembers what was just searched so it can answer “the one on the avenue” without querying again, and registers the lead in Wasi with their details.

The limits
What Meteor does NOT do in real estate
We would rather say it here than have you find out during implementation.
-
Inventory is still loaded in Wasi. The Met reads the whole portfolio and manages clients, but it does not publish or edit properties.
-
It does not sign or manage contracts, leases or rent payments. That work stays where it is today.
-
It does not value properties or suggest prices. It shows what you have at the price it is published; commercial strategy does not come out of a tool.
-
It does not book viewings inside Wasi. The appointment is created in Meteor Scheduling or in Cal.com, which are separate integrations.
-
Meteor Scheduling does not sync with Google Calendar or Outlook, and it does not charge for the appointment or take a deposit.
-
With Cal.com, moving an appointment means cancelling it and creating another. One-step rescheduling only happens on the native calendar.
-
Publishing to Facebook and Instagram is organic. It does not buy or manage paid media, it does not reply to comments or direct messages, and it does not return reach metrics.
-
The pages the Met builds live inside Meteor. For a public site on your own domain, that is a different path.
-
It does not send bulk messages. Reminders go out one at a time and as an approved template, because the channel has its own rules.

Questions about Meteor in real estate
No. The search filters for published, live properties before answering, so a withdrawn listing stops appearing even if the enquirer saw it yesterday. What can happen is the opposite: a property already sold but still published in Wasi will show up in the conversation, because the Met shows what your portfolio says.
Yes, and there is a dedicated tool for a property’s full gallery. The photos go out on the channel as images, not as links. To compare several options, the Met sends cards with a photo, a title and a description, and each property’s detail carries the public link to the listing.
In both, each doing its job. In Wasi it lands as a client, where your sales team works; in Meteor the conversation stays with its fields, its tags and its notes. A lead that lives only in the chat is the one that gets lost when the person handling it changes.
The Met says so and offers the closest thing that does exist, based on the cities with published inventory and on the price range of the portfolio. It does not invent availability. Colombia has several towns with the same name, and the connector disambiguates the city before searching so it never answers with properties from the wrong municipality.
Yes, two ways. In Meteor Scheduling each type of viewing can have its own practitioner or resource, and the booking lands with the right one. And if your advisors already work in Cal.com, you connect several accounts and the Met books in the calendar of the advisor being discussed.
For both. The search filters by type of transaction the same way it filters by property type; what changes are the qualifying questions, which you tune in the Met. What it does not do in either case is manage the contract or the rent.
The CRM, the calendar, Cal.com and social publishing do not depend on the country. Wasi operates in several Latin American countries, and the connector carries the disambiguation of same-name Colombian cities, which is where a free-text search goes wrong most often.
