Connect your store, your marketplaces, your payment gateway and your carrier: the Met answers with real stock and real prices, builds the order, takes payment and gets the shipment moving.
These are the bottlenecks costing your e-commerce operation the most sales and time.
Connect your store, your marketplaces, your payment gateway and your carrier: the Met answers with real stock and real prices, builds the order, takes payment and gets the shipment moving.
Before and after
Questions about size, color and stock waiting for someone to open the panel.
An answer for the exact variant, with real availability from your store or ERP.
Orders left unpaid that nobody ever touches again.
The Met lists them, writes over WhatsApp and sends a fresh link for the same total.
Price and stock out of sync between your store and each marketplace.
One pass reconciles both, with the channel’s real commission and a safety buffer.
“Where is my order?” answered by hand, one tracking number at a time.
Tracking, the status in plain language and the promised date, with the exception attributed.
The solution
It answers for the exact size, color or pack, and if your inventory lives in the ERP, with the real available figure: what is on hand minus what is already committed.
Prices, subtotals and taxes are calculated by your store with its own rules. The Met never sends a hand-typed price, so your catalog never drifts.
It generates the payment link and confirms the charge by its number before anything ships. The money and the card details go through your gateway, never through the chat.
Orders sitting in pending or on hold are real sales with the products already chosen. The Met lists them, writes to the customer and sends a fresh link for the same total.
Price and stock current on Mercado Libre, Éxito, Homecenter and Rappi, with each category’s real commission and a safety buffer so the same unit is never sold twice.
It quotes against your own carrier agreement, checks coverage and cash on delivery before promising anything, and answers where the parcel is with the status in plain language.
Integrations
Your store, your marketplaces, your carrier and your invoicing keep working as they are. The Met operates them from inside the conversation.
Your WooCommerce store: the Met checks availability by variant, quotes with the real price and creates the order without anyone opening the admin panel.
See the WooCommerce spec sheetYour Shopify store, with the same job: product lookup, availability by variant, quoting and order creation from the chat.
See the Shopify spec sheetThe price is not copied across: it is recalculated with that category’s real commission, taxes and shipping, so what you take home matches your store price. It only touches listings that carry your own reference.
See the Mercado Libre spec sheetA payment link generated inside the conversation, and the payment checked by its number before anything ships. It also creates a recurring subscription with its amount and its frequency and returns the link where the customer authorises it, so nothing is charged until that person approves it, and it cancels a pending charge that was left alive by mistake, which is not the same as refunding money already taken.
See the Mercado Pago spec sheetThe one we recommend for shipping in Colombia: the full order cycle in AveCRM, from the catalog with its prices and variants through order creation and confirmation, which is where the shipping label gets generated and the Met hands you the tracking number.
See the Aveonline spec sheetAn aggregator rather than a carrier: on one account the Met quotes the same route across twenty carriers in Colombia, Mexico and Chile, DHL, FedEx and UPS among them, sorted cheapest first, then creates the label with its tracking number. Before promising a pickup at your warehouse it checks that the postcode has pickup coverage, and if the customer would rather collect the parcel it finds the drop off points nearby. When the monthly invoice does not add up, it lists the extra charges the carrier applied after dispatch, which is where the difference almost always comes from. It never picks the rate for you.
See the Skydropx PRO spec sheetThe one that charges the way Colombia actually pays: a payment link the customer settles through PSE, Nequi, Bancolombia or card, plus a check on whether that transaction was approved before anything ships. Colombian pesos only.
See the Wompi spec sheetQuotes, stock and price lists, payments and receivables from the chat. Alegra does not file electronic invoices with Colombia’s DIAN on its own, and Meteor does not replace your accountant.
See the Alegra spec sheetEach spec sheet lists the tools the connector really exposes, the credential you need and what it does NOT do. They are published in Spanish. See the full catalog .
The limits
We would rather say it here than have you find out during implementation.
Meteor does not take the payment and does not store card details. It generates the link and reads the result; the charge happens inside your gateway.
Marketplace sync starts from WooCommerce: it is the source of truth for price and stock, and without it there is nothing to compare against.
On Éxito and Homecenter, offers are synced onto products that already exist in the marketplace catalog. Listing a brand new product follows the retailer’s own process.
No pre-check guarantees that the marketplace will approve a listing. It lowers the risk and the follow-up audit catches what slipped through, but the final call is the marketplace’s.
Marketplace logistics is not run from the chat: their shipping labels are not printed here.
Nothing at all is written to SIESA. It does not create orders, record payments or touch accounting documents: that is a design decision.
Alegra does not file or void electronic invoices on its own, and Meteor does not replace your accountant: it is an operational window, not an accounting judgment.
On a Shopify order it does not issue refunds and does not change the financial status. It can add notes and tags, nothing more.

To sync Mercado Libre, Éxito and Homecenter, yes: those integrations are built assuming WooCommerce is the source of truth for price and stock, and the sync compares against it. With Shopify the Met still answers, checks availability by variant, quotes and creates orders, but the mirror out to the marketplaces runs from WooCommerce.
It generates the payment link with the amount and the description and sends it on the same channel. The charge and the card details happen inside your gateway (Mercado Pago, or whichever one your store already uses), never inside the conversation. The Met then looks the payment up by its number to confirm it is approved before anything ships.
Because if it were, you would take home less: the marketplace deducts its commission and, depending on the amount, the shipping. The selling price is calculated with that category’s real commission, taxes and shipping, so what is left for you matches your store price.
Three things at once: the stock published on each channel carries a safety buffer that is deducted up front; when a marketplace sale comes in, stock is deducted in your store by reference and quantity; and if your inventory lives in the ERP, what gets promised is the real available figure (what is on hand minus what is already committed to open orders), not the gross count.
Yes. Given the tracking number it returns the carrier’s tracking, the status translated into plain language and the promised delivery date; and if there is an exception, it says who it is attributable to and what happens next. For a marketplace or store order, it also checks the status on the channel where it was sold.
Yes, and it is one of the cases it handles best. The window into the ERP answers stock per warehouse, the price list that applies to that customer, their aged receivables and their credit limit, all live and uncached. With that the Met answers “can I sell this?” in a single conversation, or says what is blocking the sale.
The stores, the CRM, paid media and social publishing do not depend on the country. Colombia is where the marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Éxito, Homecenter, Rappi), the SIESA ERP and the Aveonline and TCC carriers operate. Outside Colombia there is plenty to work with: Skydropx quotes, ships and tracks in Colombia, Mexico and Chile on one account; Andreani covers Argentina on your own contract, orders and pickup points included; Chilexpress checks coverage, quotes and tracks in Chile. On invoicing, Siigo runs in Colombia and Mexico, Contífico in Ecuador with filing to the SRI, and Alegra in Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. Mercado Pago takes payment in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
