AI agents for marketing agencies: publish, run ads and keep every account
A team of Mets that publishes for each brand from the same workspace, leaves Meta campaigns built and paused for your approval, and keeps every client’s brief, files and follow-up.
What does an AI agent do in a marketing agency?
In an agency the bottleneck is rarely a tool: it is the person who connects the brief, production, publishing and the follow-up of every account. Meteor splits that work across Mets with their own craft. Feed writes and publishes to Facebook and Instagram (post, photo, carousel, story or reel), and a single Meta authorization brings every page on the account, so several brands run from the same workspace. Design generates the image for the post from a description, and if you add Clip from the store, the short video. Marketer builds Meta campaigns, and everything it creates starts paused: nothing spends until you turn it on. If your advertising lives on Google, there is a Google Ads connector and we review it in the demo. With Google Workspace connected, the Meet transcript feeds the brief, client files are found in Drive and follow-up lands in a spreadsheet; the CRM keeps each client’s record, stage and notes. What it does not do is measure the reach of what it publishes, decide the ad strategy or sign contracts.
Does the whole agency run through one person?
These are the bottlenecks costing your marketing agencies operation the most sales and time.
Publish, run ads and keep every account with a team of Mets
A team of Mets that publishes for each brand from the same workspace, leaves Meta campaigns built and paused for your approval, and keeps every client’s brief, files and follow-up.
Before and after
From the same old bottlenecks to a real advantage
The brief gets filled in during the meeting and comes out half done.
The Meet transcript feeds the brief and files are found in Drive.
Publishing for each brand means going account by account.
One Meta authorization brings every page and the Met publishes to the right one.
Building a campaign takes the afternoon and nobody wants it spending unreviewed.
The Meta campaign is left built and paused for your approval.
Account health is known by feel.
Every client in the CRM with its stage, and the follow-up in a spreadsheet.
The solution
How Meteor automates your marketing agencies operation
Several brands, one workspace
One Meta authorization brings every page on the account with its Instagram profile. The Met publishes the Facebook post and the Instagram image, carousel, story or reel for the right brand.
The creative, generated from a description
Design generates the image for the post without opening a design tool; the short video comes from Clip, added from the store. Usage comes out of the workspace’s Energy.
Ads built and paused
The Meta campaign with its targeting, budget and copy, including the one that opens a WhatsApp chat. Everything starts paused.
The topic from data, not a hunch
Google Trends compares terms over time and shows which searches are rising and in which region, before deciding what the next post is about.
The brief and the files where they belong
The Meet transcript goes into the brief, client files are found in Drive and tracking rows are appended to the spreadsheet without overwriting what was there.
Every client in the CRM
The client record, its tags, internal notes and stage, and a pipeline summary that says how many opportunities sit in each stage.
Integrations
The systems your marketing agencies operation already runs
The creative, the post, the ads and each client’s follow-up live in different systems. These are the ones the team of Mets works across.

The limits
What Meteor does NOT do in marketing agencies
We would rather say it here than have you find out during implementation.
-
Organic publishing returns the post ID, not its reach or engagement.
-
Replying to comments and mentions on posts is not included by default; if it matters to you, we look at it in the demo. Instagram and Messenger direct messages are handled through the Meteor channels, within 24 hours of the person’s last message.
-
Nothing it creates in ads starts spending on its own: it starts paused and turning it on is your decision. It also does not decide bidding strategy or split budget across campaigns.
-
In Google Ads it creates search campaigns; Shopping, Display, Video and Performance Max are out. Neither ads connector measures conversions or sends events.
-
The Meta ad uses a creative already published at a public address: the one Design generated, or yours.
-
A transcript exists only if the meeting was recorded with transcription on. It does not delete email or files, and it does not administer Google Workspace users or licenses.
-
It does not sign documents: electronic signature is not part of the platform.

The brief stopped living in one person’s head
A digital agency with several years behind it has mature processes and a concentration problem: the person who runs production is the only node connecting the brief, the plan and the delivery. Everything goes through them.

It is not included by default; if it matters to you, we look at it in the demo. Instagram and Messenger direct messages are handled through the Meteor channels, within 24 hours of the person’s last message.
No. Organic publishing returns the post ID, not its reach. What it does read is the cost, clicks and conversions the Google Ads account already has set up, and Search Console for the site’s organic traffic.
