Legra, Meteor’s quotes and receivables Met. It identifies the customer by phone or tax ID, looks up product, price and stock by warehouse, builds the quote with its taxes, repeats the amounts and, once confirmed, creates it in Alegra and returns the number with the PDF link to send in the chat. What it does not do from WhatsApp: issue the electronic invoice to the tax authority, create the invoice draft or record payments or expenses; that stays in Alegra or on the web platform, with approval.

With a scheduled task: at the time you choose, Legra lists the overdue invoices in Alegra, matches each one with the right WhatsApp contact and writes with a template approved by Meta, which is what WhatsApp requires once more than 24 hours have passed since the last conversation. When the customer replies, it clarifies the balance and sends the invoice detail. The payment is recorded from the web platform, because that tool is out of reach for a channel Met, and the decisions stay yours. No. Meteor leaves the invoice ready in Alegra as a draft, and you issue it to the DIAN from Alegra. Legra creates quotes with the PDF link and checks the status of your invoices, and the invoice draft is only created from the web platform, with approval.

No. Before creating a quote it repeats the amounts and waits for explicit confirmation. The invoice draft, recording a payment and recording an expense are not even within its reach from a channel: the Alegra connector refuses them when a WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or web chat Met asks, and on the web platform the draft requires you to approve the summary.

Yes. The Alegra connection also works in Mexico and Argentina. Issuing the document to each country’s tax authority still happens in Alegra.

There are native connectors for both, with their limits. In Siigo Nube the Met finds and creates customers, looks up products with their price and availability and creates quotes with Siigo’s public link to paste into the chat; the invoice, the credit note, the accounting voucher and the cash receipt are left to a person on your team inside the app, because the connector refuses them when a channel Met asks. In Odoo there are 36 tools, every write asks for confirmation, and confirming orders, posting invoices, creating credit notes or registering payments only happens inside the app, never from a channel Met.

There is a connector too, and there the flow goes further. From Meteor’s web platform, a Met doing the same job issues the electronic invoice in Contífico, which signs it and sends it to the SRI, follows it until it shows as authorized, returns the RIDE and the XML and records the payment. Not from WhatsApp: the connector refuses to invoice or record payments when the request comes over a channel, because an authorized receipt can only be corrected with a credit note. Over chat it does quote, look up the catalog with its stock and answer whether a receipt is already authorized. It is not Legra: Legra works in Alegra.
