Presentations
AI to make presentations for your business
Presentations proposes the outline slide by slide, builds the deck once you approve it and edits it afterwards. The editor exports it to PDF.
What does an AI agent for presentations do?
An AI agent for presentations turns what you want to say into a deck that is built and in order. In Meteor, Presentations does it: one of the Mets included in every workspace. It asks for the goal, the audience and how long it should run, proposes the outline slide by slide in the chat and only builds it once you approve. It works with slide templates (cover, title with bullets, text, image and text, quote and closing), asks Design for each slide’s image and writes the speaker notes. Afterwards it reads an existing deck, edits the slide you name or duplicates one to use as a template. Fine-tuning positions, colors and fonts happens in the editor, which exports the deck to PDF.
Presentations fact sheet
- What it does
- Proposes a deck’s outline slide by slide, builds it with the editor’s templates once you approve, edits it by slide number and asks Design for the images.
- What triggers it
- A presentation request from its section.
- AI level
- You choose each Met’s level: Ágil, Brillante or Genio. All three come with every plan and their usage is billed as Energy. How billing works
- What it does not do
-
- It does not lay out by hand: it does not move elements or change colors, fonts, animations or transitions; that happens in the editor.
- It invents no figures, success stories, clients or achievements to fill a slide.
- It generates no images or videos itself: it asks Design and Clip for them.
- It does not delete a whole deck; that is done from the Presentations screen.
Does every proposal start on a blank slide?
Ordering the ideas, splitting them into slides, getting the images and redoing last month’s proposal for a new client eats an afternoon, and it almost always happens at the last minute.
The outline first, the deck after
Presentations agrees with you on what goes on each slide before building anything, assembles the deck with the editor’s templates and asks Design for the images. You add the finishing touches in the editor.
Before and after
From the same old bottlenecks to a real advantage
Structuring the deck takes longer than the content.
It proposes the outline slide by slide in the chat and you adjust it before a single slide exists.
Nobody reads a slide with six bullets.
One idea per slide: if a point needs six bullets, it splits it in two.
The deck is missing its images.
It asks Design for them, made with your brand guidelines, and places them on their slide.
The new client’s proposal gets rebuilt from scratch.
It duplicates a deck you already have, uses it as a template and changes only what applies.
Someone makes up a figure to fill a slide.
It invents no figures, cases or clients: if the data is missing, it leaves the gap and tells you.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Presentations
In Meteor, Presentations does it, and it comes included in every workspace. You tell it what you want to present, it asks for the goal, the audience and the length, and proposes the outline slide by slide. With your go-ahead it builds the deck and tells you how many slides it made and where to see them.
Yes, in two ways. You ask the Met for the change, and it reads the deck first and refers to each slide by its number, or you open it in the editor and adjust positions, colors and text yourself. Every change the Met makes keeps the previous version, so a mistake can be recovered from the editor.
Yes. The Presentations editor exports it to PDF through the browser’s print option, with the same slides you see on screen.
Presentations works in Meteor’s editor, inside your workspace. If your proposals already live in Gamma or your diagrams in Lucid, a Met with that connector builds the proposal in Gamma or the org chart in Lucid from WhatsApp and shares it in the chat: those are the tasks on this page, each with its steps.
Presentations does not generate images: it asks Design, the graphic design Met, which makes them with your brand guidelines. If you need a video and added Clip from the store, it asks Clip.
Every implementation includes discovery, setup and tuning during the ramp-up. After that, each Met’s quality is measured by sampling: an automated judge reviews a sample of its conversations and scores the support it gave, and the activity tab shows what each Met did, with which tool and at what cost. If something is not working the way you expected, we review it with you using that data and adjust until it is running.
