What does an AI agent for your ERP do?

An AI agent for your ERP answers “can I sell this?” with the real figure: it checks SIESA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for stock per warehouse, that customer’s price list, their aged receivables and their credit limit, and answers with the figure and its timestamp. The SIESA connection is read-only. If the ERP does not respond, it says so instead of approximating. For Odoo and Siigo there are native connectors too, each with its own limits.

Frequently asked questions about Siesto

Yes. Siesto, Meteor’s ERP Met, queries SIESA live from the conversation: real availability per warehouse (stock on hand minus what is committed to pending orders), that customer’s price list, their receivables and their credit limit, and answers with the figure and its date. The connection is read-only: it creates no orders and does not touch the books. If the ERP does not answer or the installation does not expose that query, it says so instead of estimating.

By letting a Met connected to the ERP answer the question. The rep types the item and the customer in the chat, and Siesto answers with availability per warehouse, the price that applies, receivables by age and the available credit, in SIESA or in Microsoft Dynamics 365. On SIESA sensitive data is queried every time, not stored. The decision to sell stays with the team: Siesto gives the figure, it does not approve credit.

Not to SIESA: that connection is read-only. It does not create orders, record payments or touch accounting documents. That is a design decision, not a pending limitation.

The ERP credentials, issued by its administrator, and the technical agreement with the vendor. Until those are configured, it replies that the connection is unavailable instead of inventing a figure.

Yes. There are native connectors for Odoo, with 36 tools for customers, catalog, pricing, availability, quotes, orders, invoices and receivables, and for Siigo Nube, as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, where it can create and update records. In Odoo and Siigo every write asks for confirmation, and the highest-impact steps (confirming orders, posting or issuing invoices, registering payments) are not done from a channel Met: they stay with your team, inside the app. For other ERPs, the connection is built through Meteor’s REST API.

It says so plainly. It never hands back an estimate or the last figure it remembers: stale inventory data does more damage than no data.
