How does Wasi connect to Meteor?
Meteor connects to Wasi, the real estate CRM, and gives your Met 21 tools to handle a prospect end to end over WhatsApp: search listings by city, type, price and area, send the photo gallery of a property, remember what was already discussed in that same session, and register the lead in Wasi with their details. You need your Wasi company id and account token.
Where it applies: Colombia. Wasi operates across several Latin American countries. The connector adds disambiguation for Colombian towns with identical names, which is where a text search goes wrong most often.

What a Meteor Met does with Wasi
Qualify the prospect and show real listings
Your Met asks for city, type, budget and area, queries the portfolio and answers with properties that exist and are published, each with its public listing link.
Send photos when they are asked for
"Any more photos of the second one?" stops being a request that waits for an agent. Your Met pulls the gallery for that property and sends it over the channel, one by one.
Register the lead with nobody transcribing
When the prospect leaves their name and phone, your Met creates the client directly in Wasi and updates them if they write again, so your agent finds them where they already work.
Pick the conversation back up without repeating the search
The connector remembers for 30 minutes which properties were already shown, so "the cheapest of the ones you sent" gets answered without querying the whole portfolio again.

The limits
What the Wasi integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

It does not publish or edit listings. It can read the whole portfolio and create or update clients, but inventory is still loaded in Wasi.

It does not book viewings inside Wasi. For that you pair it with Meteor's native scheduling or with Cal.com, which are separate integrations.

It does not sign or manage contracts, leases or rent payments.

It does not invent availability. It filters for published and live properties, so a listing that was pulled stops appearing even if the customer saw it yesterday.

Generated on the same Wasi API screen. It is stored encrypted per workspace and travels with every portfolio query.

Questions about Wasi and Meteor
Yes. There is a dedicated tool for the full gallery of a property, and delivery goes over the channel as images, not as links. It can also send cards with photo, title and description when it shows several options.
The connector disambiguates by city name before searching. It is a real problem in Colombia, where several towns share names, and a free text search returns listings from the wrong municipality.
In both. The conversation lives in the Meteor conversational CRM and the client is created or updated in Wasi, which is where your sales team already works.
No. Results are filtered for published and live properties before answering, so nobody gets shown something that already sold or was pulled from the portfolio.
