Attio and Meteor AI agents
Connect Attio to a WhatsApp Met: find people and companies, create or update records and leave notes and tasks for your team with the official MCP.
How does Attio connect to Meteor?
With the Attio ready connector, your WhatsApp Met reads and writes in your company's Attio workspace with the permissions of the user the admin authorizes. It finds people, companies or deals, creates or updates them by email or domain without duplicates, and adds them to a list such as your pipeline. It also leaves notes and comments on a record, creates and updates tasks for your team, searches meetings and emails by participant and runs total reports. It is Attio's official server: usage runs on your account, and deleting tasks starts switched off until the admin turns it on.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Attio
Log the person without duplicates
When someone writes, the Met looks for the person and their company in Attio and creates or updates them by email or domain. If they already existed, they get updated instead of repeated.
Add the deal to the pipeline
The Met adds the record to the list your team uses as a pipeline and, if something changes in the conversation, updates that entry, for example the stage or the value.
Leave context and the next step
The Met creates a note summarizing what the person asked for and a task for whoever will handle it, with a deadline and the linked record.
Tell how the pipeline is doing
If someone on the team asks how many deals came in this week, the Met runs a total report on the list and answers with the number.

The limits
What the Attio integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It sees no more than the user who authorized the connection: Attio applies that user's permissions and only within their workspace.
-
It does not find records by attributes Attio does not index: record search works on indexed attributes, such as name, email or domain.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before creating or updating. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on; deleting tasks starts switched off.
-
It does not merge duplicate records or run SQL queries: those actions exist in Attio but this page does not include them.
-
It has Attio's per-workspace limits: 25 writes per second, 300 searches per minute and 2 reports per second.
Before you start
What you need to connect Attio
- 1
An Attio user with access to the workspace
You need a user in your company's Attio workspace with permission over the objects and lists the Met will use. The connector works with that user's permissions.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Attio → Connect. An Attio window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Attio and Meteor
It should not: it can create or update a record based on email or domain, so if the person already exists, it updates them instead of creating another.
Yes, if your pipeline is an Attio list: the Met updates the list entry, for example the stage attribute, if that action is on.
Yes. Attio lets you revoke sessions from your account settings, and in Met you can disconnect Attio from Connections.
You do, with your own Attio plan. Meteor does not resell Attio: the connector uses your company's account and the limits Attio sets for your workspace.
