Clientify and Meteor AI agents
Connect Clientify to a WhatsApp Met: search and create contacts, leave notes, tags and tasks in your CRM through the official Clientify MCP server.
How does Clientify connect to Meteor?
With the Clientify ready connector, your WhatsApp Met works on your CRM using the account the admin authorizes. It looks up the contact who writes and, if they do not exist, creates them with their name, email and phone. Then it leaves a note with what they asked for, adds a tag, assigns an owner from the team and creates the follow up task. It also checks companies, the contact's history and pending tasks. It is Clientify's official server: usage runs on your Clientify account, and the actions to delete contacts or remove tags start switched off until the admin turns them on.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Clientify
Register the new contact who writes
The Met looks the person up in your contacts with the name or email given in the chat. If they are not there, it creates them in Clientify and adds the phone number they wrote from on WhatsApp.
Leave the context on their record
With the contact found, the Met writes a note with what the person asked for and adds the tag your instructions point to, such as the product or the lead source.
Hand the case to someone on the team
The Met checks the Clientify users, assigns the contact to whoever should handle it and creates a follow up task with a due date, of the type your team already uses.
Answer with the history in view
When an existing customer writes, the Met reads their wall and pending tasks in Clientify to pick up the conversation without asking again what they already told you.

The limits
What the Clientify integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before writing to Clientify. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on; deleting contacts and removing tags start switched off.
-
It sees no more than the account that authorized the connection: data and modules that user cannot access stay out of reach.
-
This page does not include opportunities or the meeting calendar. The tools published by Clientify that it lists cover contacts, companies, tasks and users.
-
It does not switch subaccounts on its own. The connector stays linked to the subaccount that was active when the connection was authorized.
-
It does not send the WhatsApp messages from Clientify. The conversation happens on the line you connected in Met; Clientify remains the CRM.
Before you start
What you need to connect Clientify
- 1
An active Clientify account
Connect with a user who can see the contacts, companies and tasks the Met needs, because the connector works with that user's permissions and the active subaccount.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Clientify → Connect. A Clientify window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met; there is no key to copy. Then you choose which actions stay on.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Clientify and Meteor
The Met finds them when it lists contacts with the search and keeps that record: it leaves the note, the tag and the task on the contact that already existed.
Only if the admin turns that action on, because it starts switched off. The same goes for removing a tag from a contact.
The one that was active when you authorized the connection. To use another, disconnect, open Clientify in that subaccount and connect again.
You do, with your own Clientify plan. Meteor does not resell Clientify: the connector uses your company's account.
