Apollo.io and Meteor AI agents

Connect Apollo.io to a Met: search people and companies, enrich contacts, save them to your account and add them to sequences with the official MCP.

How does Apollo.io connect to Meteor?

With the Apollo.io ready connector, your Met uses Apollo's official MCP server on the account the admin authorizes. It searches people and companies in Apollo's database, enriches a person or a company with their data, checks the job postings a company publishes and searches the contacts you already saved. If the admin leaves it on, it also creates and updates contacts in your account and adds them to one of your sequences. It is Apollo's official server: usage runs on your Apollo account and plan, and removing contacts from a sequence starts switched off.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with Apollo.io

Complete the details of the B2B prospect who writes

When someone from a company writes, the Met enriches the person and their company with whatever data Apollo has on them, so your team knows who it is talking to before replying.

Save the prospect to your account

The Met checks whether the person is already among your contacts and, if not, creates them in your Apollo account; if they were there, it updates them with what is new.

Add them to the follow-up sequence

If the admin leaves it on, the Met finds the sequence your team uses for that kind of prospect and adds them, with one of the email accounts connected to Apollo.

Find similar companies

Someone on the team asks the Met for companies of the same industry and size; the Met searches Apollo's database and checks which ones are hiring, based on their job postings.

The limits

What the Apollo.io integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect Apollo.io

  1. 1

    An Apollo.io account

You need an Apollo user with access to the database and, if you will use sequences, with sequences and an email account connected in Apollo.

  2. 2

    Connect it in Met

In Met, open Connections → Apollo.io → Connect. An Apollo.io window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Apollo.io and Meteor

Searching people queries Apollo's database. Searching contacts queries only the people you already saved in your account. The Met uses the second one so it does not create someone twice.

It does not write or send them itself. It adds the contact to an Apollo sequence, and the sequence runs with the steps your team set up.

Everything the Met does in Apollo runs on your Apollo account and plan. Check in Apollo which actions draw on your plan before turning on the enrich actions.

You do, with your own Apollo plan. Meteor does not resell Apollo: the connector uses your company's account.
