Meteor Scheduling and Meteor AI agents

Meteor's built-in booking engine: your Met reads services, offers open slots and books, cancels and reschedules over WhatsApp. No credentials to connect.

How does Meteor Scheduling connect to Meteor?

Meteor's scheduling is built in, so there is nothing to connect and no credentials to request. Your Met reads the services you sell with their duration and price, returns the open slots between two dates, books the appointment against the contact in the conversation, looks it up, cancels it and reschedules it. That is 7 tools running on the scheduling tables of your own workspace.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with Meteor Scheduling

Book without leaving the conversation

The customer asks about a service. Your Met answers what can be booked, how long it takes and what it costs, offers the open times and confirms the appointment.

Reschedule without a phone call

"Can we move it to Thursday?" gets settled inside the chat, after checking that the new time is actually free.

See what the customer already booked

Before booking anything new, your Met lists that contact's upcoming appointments, so nobody ends up holding two slots on the same day.

Spread the work across your staff

If nobody is named, the first available staff member takes it. If the customer asks for someone specific, the booking goes to that person.

The limits

What the Meteor Scheduling integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect Meteor Scheduling

  1. 1

Nothing. There are no credentials to enter

Scheduling is native to Meteor and runs on the tables of your own workspace. You only define the services you offer, how long each one takes and when you are open.

  2. 2

    Services and staff configured

You declare them in the Meteor panel. With no services defined, your Met has nothing to offer and says so.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Meteor Scheduling and Meteor

No. Native scheduling replaces that dependency. It reads services, works out open slots and books, cancels and reschedules with nothing external connected. Cal.com stays available for teams that already run on it.

Your Met books the exact slot returned by the availability call instead of rebuilding the time itself. Rebuilding a time is the most common way to land on a slot that was already taken.

Yes. The booking is created against the contact in the live conversation, not against an identifier your Met guessed. That is what keeps appointments off the wrong name.

Yes. Slots are requested with the local date the customer asks for, and the workspace time zone is applied on the server, never in the text of the conversation.
