Customer service and sales

Your Met answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website, and takes each customer to a sale, a booking or a solved case.

What does the customer service and sales routine do?

Your Met answers every customer who writes on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or your website chat and takes them all the way to an outcome: a closed sale, a booking on your calendar or a solved case.

It is the routine almost every business starts with. The Met answers with the information you gave it, picks the path based on what the customer asks for and records every conversation in the CRM. Anything that needs your decision, like a complaint or a change to an order that already went out, reaches you with a summary of the conversation so you do not have to read all of it.

Step by step

Customer service and sales

Who does each step, and where you come in.

  1. 1

The customer writes on the channel they prefer

WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website chat land in the same inbox. The Met answers at any hour with what it knows about your business: products, prices, hours, coverage and policies.

    Customer service

  2. 2

It understands what they want and picks the path

Sell, book or support. The Met does not show a menu of options: it works it out from the conversation and asks for the missing details together, not one at a time.

    Customer service

  3. 3

Sell: it builds the order and sends the payment link

It recommends from your real catalog, handles objections, confirms the total and sends the link from the payment gateway you have connected. It treats the order as paid only once the gateway confirms it.

    Closing sales

  4. 4

Book: it only offers open slots

It offers the times that actually exist on your calendar, books the one the customer picked and schedules the reminder. Rescheduling or cancelling happens in the same conversation.

    Scheduling

  5. 5

Support: it solves it or hands it to your team with context

It answers what your information allows it to answer. If the case needs a person, it transfers it with the contact and the summary, instead of promising something no tool can back up.

    Customer service

  6. 6

    Everything lands in the CRM

The contact, their details, the stage and a note of what happened. That customer's next message starts where the last one ended.

Which Mets take part

  • Customer service

Answers the channel, works out what the customer wants and solves or transfers.

  • Closing sales

Takes the customer to the purchase and sends the payment link.

  • Scheduling

Offers open slots, creates the booking and schedules the reminder.

What you need to connect

  • Your channels

WhatsApp Business API (it can be your usual number, with the phone app), Instagram, Messenger or your website chat. One is enough to start.

  • Your business information

Catalog or menu, prices, hours, delivery areas and policies. Without it, the Met says it does not know instead of making things up.

  • Your calendar, if you take bookings

Meteor scheduling needs nothing external. If you already use Google Calendar or Outlook, it syncs once you connect them.

  • A payment gateway, if you charge

The one you already use, like Wompi, Mercado Pago or Stripe. The money goes straight to your account.

What you approve

  • The rules: what the Met can offer, which discounts exist and when the conversation goes to your team.
  • The exceptions it transfers to you: complaints, refunds and changes to an order that already went out.
  • The invoice: if you create it from the conversation, it stays as a draft until you approve it.

How often it runs

It is not scheduled: it runs every time a customer writes. What repeats on its own are the booking reminders and the follow-ups the Met schedules.

By type of business

Customer service and sales

The same routine, adapted to what you sell.

Any business

Stores, professional services, clinics, real estate or schools: the same routine, with your catalog, your calendar and your rules.

  • Sells from your catalog and charges with the gateway you already use.
  • Books appointments without double-booking and reminds the day before.
  • Answers the frequent questions and transfers the rest with context.

Restaurant

The full order over WhatsApp, from the menu to the kitchen, and table bookings.

  • Takes the order from your menu and its add-ons, delivery or pickup, and checks the address is inside your areas.
  • Returning customers are not asked for their name or address again: it only confirms what changed.
  • Gets the proof of payment before sending the order to the kitchen.
  • If the customer wants to change an order already placed, it leaves a note and hands it to your team.
  • Books tables on your calendar, if you use one.

Online store with Aveonline

Sells from your Aveonline catalog and answers "where is my order?" with the real tracking number.

  • Sells with the products and variants in your Aveonline catalog.
  • Asks for the shipping details together, confirms city and address and creates the order in Aveonline.
  • Looks up the order and its tracking number and tells the customer where it is.
  • When Aveonline does not have the answer, it hands the conversation to your team instead of making up a status.
  • If you sell on WooCommerce, the paid order can reach Aveonline on its own, with its shipping label.
