Which AI WhatsApp CRM works for a sales team in Colombia
Six AI WhatsApp CRMs compared for a sales team in Colombia: pipeline, AI agent, peso payments, local software and price, with a source per cell.
Which AI-powered WhatsApp CRM works for a sales team in Colombia?
For a sales team in Colombia, an AI WhatsApp CRM works if it runs on the official WhatsApp line, lets several reps work with shared history and has an agent that moves the pipeline. HubSpot, Kommo, Leadsales, LIWA, Mercately and Meteor cover that with differences. What separates them most in Colombia is what happens after the message: charging in pesos and working with Siigo or Alegra. Meteor is the only one that names both on the pages we read: it charges through your Wompi account by PSE and Nequi and quotes in Siigo or Alegra from the chat. If your work ends inside the CRM, Kommo or Leadsales may be enough, and if you already live in HubSpot, staying there makes sense. We compare without a ranking, with a source per cell.
The question sounds like “which is best”, but a name does not answer it. What answers it is what your team does after replying to the chat. If the sale ends when a rep moves the card, almost any of these will do. If it ends when someone charges in pesos and leaves the quote in your accounting software, the list gets shorter.
Five criteria for a team in Colombia
- Official line. With the WhatsApp Business API, several reps work one number without depending on a phone, and the unofficial route puts the number at risk.
- The agent moves the pipeline. It does not just answer: it leaves the contact, the stage and the owner.
- Handoff to a person with context. A note with the summary, not just a change of name.
- Peso payments. PSE and Nequi are what your customer expects.
- Your accounting software. Siigo and Alegra, if you do not want to copy data between screens.
The comparison, in alphabetical order
Sources read on November 2, 2026 (HubSpot, Kommo and Leadsales) and October 29, 2026 (LIWA and Mercately). Each cell links to its source.
Who each one suits
- HubSpot, if your company already lives there and has or will have the plan that connects WhatsApp.
- Kommo, if the work is solved inside the CRM and you need native mobile apps. Check that the six-month minimum suits you.
- Leadsales, if your team works a simple pipeline and you want an agent on it. For the official API look at the Profesional plan, not Básico.
- LIWA, if you prefer a vendor with a published price in pesos and a team in Colombia.
- Mercately, if you want to charge with links and sell across several networks. Ask which MIA functions are still in beta.
- Meteor, if the conversation has to end in a Wompi payment or a quote in Siigo or Alegra. If what you need is a native mobile app, Meteor does not have one, and Kommo goes further there.
What you pay separately, with any of them
Meta charges per message, and the rate is the same with any of these CRMs. In Colombia, according to the rate card effective October 1, 2026:
| Message | US dollars | Colombian pesos |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing template | 0.0125 | 46.02 |
| Utility template | 0.0008 | 2.95 |
| Service reply, after the 1,000 free each month per number | 0.0008 | 2.95 |
The full bill is in what the WhatsApp Business API costs. On Meteor that part carries no resale or markup. On others, ask: it is one of the figures that often is not on the first page of a proposal.
Before you decide
Take the same real case to every demo: a customer who writes, asks the price, hesitates and pays. Watch which screen each thing ends up on. The five questions in what a WhatsApp CRM has to do work for that review, and if you are comparing more platforms, the full list is in AI agent platforms for WhatsApp in Latin America.
The limits
What this article does NOT answer
We would rather say it here than leave you hunting for something that is not there.
-
It does not declare a winner. We do not know your operation, and a CRM that fits twenty reps can be too much for three.
-
It does not review every CRM on the market. We picked six with comparable public information.
-
It does not say which is cheapest. Each one bills in a different unit (per user, per plan, per conversation) and the result depends on your team and your volume.
-
It is not tax advice. What it says about electronic invoicing is what each connector does, not what the DIAN, Colombia's tax authority, requires of you.

Questions on this topic
On this list, Meteor charges with a link from your Wompi account, in pesos, by PSE and Nequi. Mercately publishes links on WhatsApp with Colombian wallets, and LIWA publishes its price in pesos. In Kommo, Leadsales and HubSpot we did not find a Colombian method on the pages we read: ask in the demo.
Meteor looks up and quotes in Siigo and Alegra from the chat. The channel Met does not create the electronic invoice: your team creates it, with approval. Siigo and Alegra do not appear as integrations on the pages we read for the others, which does not prove they do not exist: ask.
Yes, if you have the plan that allows it. According to its documentation, connecting WhatsApp to the conversations inbox takes Marketing Hub or Service Hub at Professional or Enterprise. A Sales Hub-only plan is not on that list, so check before counting on it.
What Meta charges is the same with any CRM. In Colombia, since October 1, 2026, a marketing template costs US$0.0125 and a utility template US$0.0008. Replies inside the window cost US$0.0008 after the 1,000 free each month per number. Some platforms add their own markup per message: ask.
On Meteor yes, with coexistence, if Meta enables it for your number: the same number stays on the phone and on the platform. On other CRMs, ask using that word.
Meteor connects to HubSpot and Pipedrive so it can work on the CRM you already have, without migrating. We built the Pipedrive connector from its official documentation, without a test account of our own, so try it first. If you prefer the native CRM, contacts move over separately. The others' connectors are on their integrations pages.
