Callbell vs Meteor: what to compare when looking for a Callbell alternative

Looking for a Callbell alternative? Compare WhatsApp CRM, AI agents, integrations and the published price of Callbell and Meteor, with official sources.

Which Callbell alternative is worth evaluating as a WhatsApp CRM with AI?

A Callbell alternative is compared by the work that gets done after the message. Callbell presents itself as an AI CRM for WhatsApp and other chat channels: a shared inbox for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and TikTok, a board-view pipeline, broadcasts, AI agents that answer and qualify, mobile and desktop apps, and a published per-agent price. Meteor enters the comparison when the work continues in your Colombian systems: taking payment in pesos by PSE or Nequi with Wompi, quoting in Siigo or Alegra, checking SIESA or booking against real availability, with limits published per connector. If you need Telegram or TikTok, a native app or a per-agent entry price, Callbell goes further today.

If you are looking for a Callbell alternative, this comparison helps you decide whether you need another messaging CRM or Mets that also work inside your systems. It was reviewed on October 27, 2026 against Callbell’s official site and help center, linked at the end. It keeps Callbell’s real advantages.

How to evaluate a Callbell alternative

Callbell presents itself as an AI CRM for WhatsApp and your chat channels. Its site describes a shared inbox for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and TikTok, a board-view pipeline, broadcasts charged per contact reached, AI agents that answer and qualify, and a Zapier integration, plus an API and webhooks to connect your own systems. It shows the WhatsApp Business Partner badge.

Meteor starts from a different assumption. The conversation is the trigger, and the work rarely ends in the inbox: it ends in the gateway where the payment lands, in the software that issues the quote or in the calendar where the appointment is booked. A Met serves the customer, checks those systems with declared permissions and leaves the record and the owner ready.

Where Callbell goes further

These advantages come from Callbell’s official site, read on October 27, 2026.

AreaWhat Callbell publishesWhat Meteor has today
ChannelsWhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and TikTok.WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat. It does not publish Telegram or TikTok as a conversation channel.
AppsAn app for Android and iOS, and desktop apps for Mac and Windows. It runs in the browser and installs as a web app.
Entry priceA published per-agent price, with a 7-day trial and no card.Plans from US$99 a month with five members included and a 7-day trial with no card.

If your team is small, serves customers on Telegram or TikTok, or works from the phone, Callbell is probably a correct answer.

Where the difference is in your systems

Callbell connects systems through Zapier, an API and webhooks. In its help center we did not find articles on Shopify, HubSpot, WooCommerce, Siigo or Alegra; that does not prove they cannot be connected, so ask with your own system. Meteor publishes, page by page, what a Met does with them:

  • Payment in pesos. With Wompi, a single-use link to pay by PSE, Nequi, Bancolombia or card, and the transaction checked before confirming.
  • Accounting and ERP. In Siigo or Alegra, the Met prepares the quote from the chat; in SIESA it checks stock, price, receivables and credit limit, read only.
  • Store. It checks catalog and stock in Shopify, WooCommerce or Tiendanube.

If what you want is a WhatsApp CRM with these connections, Meteor’s WhatsApp CRM page (in Spanish) shows what gets recorded.

The demo Meteor has to win

  1. A customer asks about price and availability. The system checks your real store or ERP.
  2. The customer wants to move ahead. A quote, an appointment or a verified payment link is left.
  3. A record is left that a sales rep can pick up: contact, stage, note and owner.
  4. Something fails and the external system does not respond. Ask what the agent says.

Run the same list with Callbell. If both handle it, choose on price and on what suits your team.

How to close the decision

If your work ends in the inbox and the pipeline, Callbell competes well. If it ends in a payment, a quote or an appointment in your systems, evaluate what the agent checks and does without a person copying data between screens.
