Looking for a Leadsales alternative? Compare CRM, pipelines, AI agent and integrations in Leadsales and Meteor with official sources and clear limits.

Which Leadsales alternatives should you evaluate for selling on WhatsApp?

Leadsales alternatives should be compared by the work that is complete after the message. Leadsales presents itself as a CRM for teams selling on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger: a unified inbox, pipelines by stage and owner, automatic assignment, campaigns with approved templates, a team calendar and Lead Agent, a WhatsApp AI agent that qualifies, moves the prospect to the next stage and hands it to a sales rep. Meteor belongs in the comparison when the answer lives outside the CRM: querying your store or ERP, quoting in Alegra, creating a payment link or booking an appointment, within limits published per connector. If you need native mobile apps or a longer trial before buying (14 days against Meteor's 7), Leadsales goes further today. If your work ends in other systems, test the same journey in both.

If you are looking for Leadsales alternatives, this comparison helps you decide whether you need another messaging CRM or a layer that also works across your systems. It was reviewed on October 16, 2026 against Leadsales’ official site linked at the end. It keeps Leadsales’ real advantages visible and gives you verifiable questions for a demo.

How to evaluate Leadsales alternatives

Leadsales presents itself as a CRM for teams selling on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Its site describes a unified inbox, pipelines by stage and owner, automatic assignment, official campaigns through the WhatsApp Business API and Lead Agent, an AI agent that handles the pipeline stages you choose and hands a qualified prospect to a sales rep. Its own page says it plainly: the agent does not sell for you, your team still closes. The proposal is clear: the work happens inside the CRM.

Meteor starts from a different assumption. The conversation is the trigger, and the work rarely ends in the CRM: it ends in the ERP that holds the balance, in the calendar where the appointment lives, in the quote or payment link someone has to prepare. A Met serves the customer, queries those systems with declared permissions and leaves the record and the owner ready for a person to continue.

Neither sentence is a verdict. They are two ways of dividing the work, and the right one depends on where the information your customers ask about lives today.

Where Leadsales goes further

We start here on purpose. These advantages come from Leadsales’ official site, not from an impression.

AreaWhat Leadsales publishesWhat Meteor has today
Mobile appIt links its own apps on the App Store and Google Play.Meteor runs in the browser and installs as a web app. There is no native app in the stores.
Trial and purchaseIts pricing page offers a 14-day trial of the Básico plan and publishes what each plan includes, with three users included in Básico.Meteor has no permanent free plan, but every new account starts with a 7-day trial and US$5 of Energy, no card required. Its entry plan includes five members. If your team is smaller, compare the total cost with each platform’s current offer.

One detail is worth reading in the same pricing table: according to Leadsales, its Básico plan does not include the WhatsApp API or campaigns, and Lead Agent is an add-on activated on the Profesional and Avanzado plans. Compare the plan you will actually use.

If your team sells from mobile and the work ends inside the CRM, Leadsales may well be a right answer. The honest thing is to say so.

Where the difference becomes local

Neither Leadsales’ public site nor its help centre documents integrations with stores, ERPs, invoicing or payments. That does not prove they do not exist: it is a question you need to take to the demo. Meteor does publish, record by record, what an agent can query without anyone opening another screen:

  • ERP and back office. Meteor queries stock, price, credit and orders in SIESA, and prepares quotes or checks receivables in Alegra. The SIESA record states the limit on the same page: it queries data and does not create orders, payments or accounting documents.
  • Sales and payments. It queries catalogue and stock in Shopify, WooCommerce and Tiendanube; it creates payment links in Stripe or Mercado Pago and checks whether they were paid.
  • External calendar and CRM. Beyond the native scheduler and CRM, it books in Calendly and writes to HubSpot or Pipedrive when your team already works there.

Each of those records publishes what the integration does and what it does not. That second fact is the one that prevents the awkward meeting in month three.

What to compare before asking for a demo

QuestionLeadsales: confirm the scope of your planMeteor: what gets done
Where does the conversation live?A unified inbox for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, with automatic assignment and a pipeline by stage and owner. The Met serves on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or web chat, recognises or creates the contact and keeps the context in the native CRM.
What does the AI do?Lead Agent serves WhatsApp in the stages you choose, qualifies, moves the stage and hands over to the sales rep. Confirm the plan and activation requirements.Mets answer with the knowledge and rules you define, transcribe voice notes and use the tools of each connector the admin leaves switched on.
What happens when the customer asks for real data?Confirm which connector covers your ERP or store and what data it exposes, because its site does not detail it.It queries the connected system through the actions its record publishes, and answers with the data, not with a promise.
Who books the appointment? Its site describes a calendar and tasks for the team’s calls, demos and follow-ups. Confirm whether the customer can book from the chat. The native scheduler creates, cancels and reschedules inside the conversation, or the Met books in Calendly.
How do you message many contacts at once?Campaigns with approved templates through the WhatsApp Business API, on the Profesional and Avanzado plans.Broadcasts, on WhatsApp: a Meta-approved template, a segment by tags or contact fields, and immediate or scheduled sending.
Are limits written before you buy?Ask for the flow, permissions and responsibilities in writing.Every record publishes what it does not do. SIESA only reads; Tiendanube does not create orders or take payment.

Leadsales displays the Meta Business Partner and WhatsApp Solution Partner badges; Meteor is a Meta Business Partner. Both connect the line through the official WhatsApp Business API and both document coexistence to keep using the WhatsApp Business app. Ask in writing what happens to your number the day you switch platforms.

The demo Meteor has to win

Do not ask for a pretty messaging demo. Both platforms pass it. Ask for a complete journey with your accounts and data:

  1. A customer asks whether something is available and at what price. The system queries your actual ERP or store, not a catalogue loaded by hand for the meeting.
  2. The customer wants to move forward. A quote in Alegra, a payment link or a booked appointment is created, depending on your process.
  3. A record is left that a salesperson can pick up on Monday: contact, stage, context note and assigned owner.
  4. Something fails. The ERP does not respond. Ask what the agent says at that moment, because it happens and the answer matters more than the three tests before it.

Make the same list with Leadsales. If both solve it, choose on price and on what your team finds comfortable, which is a perfectly valid reason.

How to close the decision

One question organises everything: does your team’s work end inside the CRM, or in other systems?

If it ends inside the CRM, a messaging CRM with pipelines and an agent that qualifies is the right tool, and Leadsales competes well on that ground. If it ends in an ERP, a quote, a payment or a calendar, what you need to evaluate is not the inbox: it is what the agent can query and execute without a person acting as the bridge between two screens.

Questions on this topic

Its site describes a unified inbox for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, pipelines by stage and owner, automatic assignment across sales reps, tags and notes per contact, scheduled messages, campaigns with approved templates, a team calendar and tasks, a menu of answers called Leadbot, and lead metrics by channel and pipeline.

According to its page, it serves WhatsApp using the website, catalogue and documents you give it; you choose which pipeline stages it handles and which your team does; it qualifies, moves the prospect to the next stage and hands it to the right sales rep. It analyses images and transcribes audio, and when it receives videos or documents it hands the conversation to the team. It is an add-on activated on the Profesional and Avanzado plans and requires a registered business, control of the Meta Business Manager and a company website.

In what happens when the right answer lives outside the CRM. Meteor publishes records for SIESA, Alegra, Stripe, Mercado Pago, Shopify, WooCommerce, Tiendanube, Calendly, HubSpot and Pipedrive, each stating what it does and what it does not. The useful question is not whether a platform has integrations, but whether it has yours and exactly what it does with it.

Leadsales links its own apps on the App Store and Google Play. Meteor runs in the browser and installs as a web app on the phone. If your sales team works mostly from mobile, that difference is real and worth testing before deciding.

The same journey with your data: a customer writes, the system queries the real data in your ERP or store, answers with it, books or quotes, records the outcome in the CRM and notifies the responsible person. Ask for the name of every action, the credential it uses and what happens when the external system does not respond.
