Know whether the customer opened the Pitch proposal you sent on WhatsApp and how far they got

An AI agent creates the link to your Pitch proposal for WhatsApp and later tells you whether the customer opened it and which slide they reached.

How do I know whether the customer opened the proposal I sent on WhatsApp and which part they read?

You ask your Met for the link to a customer's Pitch proposal. The Met finds the presentation by title, checks whether it already has a link and, if not, creates one to share; you send it on WhatsApp or the Met sends it in the conversation. Days later you ask "did they open it?" and the Met pulls the link's analytics: how many visits it had, which slide the median visit reached and the details of each visit. With that you know whether to call now or wait, and which part to focus on, for example pricing. Link analytics need a Pitch plan with advanced links.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when the salesperson asks the Met on WhatsApp for a proposal's link, or asks whether the customer has seen it. The Met does not check visits on its own in this procedure.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Sales Met that follows up on the proposals you sent

Sales team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is a sales Met with Pitch connected, for the salesperson who sends proposals on WhatsApp: it is done when it tells you whether the customer opened the proposal and how far they got.

5 steps · 6 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the proposal

The Met searches your Pitch workspace for the presentation by title, for example "Proposal Sol Bakery", and keeps the right one. Each proposal should carry the customer's name.

  2. 2

Check whether it already has a link

The Met lists the presentation's links. If there is already one for this customer, it reuses it so visits are not split across several links.

  3. 3

    Create the link to share

If there is no link, the Met creates a public one to share. With advanced links on your plan, it can require the visitor's email or set an expiry date. This action starts switched on.

  4. 4

    Check the link's analytics

When you ask whether they opened it, the Met pulls the link's analytics: how many visits it had, which slide the median visit reached and the per slide detail.

  5. 5

    Look at each visit separately

If there were several visits, the Met lists them and opens the one you care about, for example the latest, to tell you when it happened and how far that person got.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Pitch records the analytics on the link. If the link requires the visitor's email, the customer sees that when opening it; if not, they only see the presentation.

Yes. The connector has a tool to change a link's settings or disable it, for example when the offer expired.

Other people's visits also add up on the same link. If you want to tell them apart, require the visitor's email with an advanced link.

You do, with your Pitch plan. Analytics and advanced options depend on that plan; Meteor does not resell Pitch.
