Pitch and Meteor AI agents
Connect Pitch to a WhatsApp Met: find your presentations, create decks from templates and share links with their visit analytics.
How does Pitch connect to Meteor?
With the Pitch ready connector, your Met works in your Pitch workspace through the official MCP server, authorized once with OAuth. It searches presentations by title and reads their text, lists your templates, creates a deck by filling a template's variables with the data you give it, without rewording anything, and creates a link to share it. Later it tells you how many times that link was opened, how far the median visit got and the per slide detail. Creating or editing with the Pitch assistant starts switched off because it spends your workspace's AI credits. Link analytics need a plan with advanced links.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Pitch
Build the proposal from your template
With the customer details that came in on WhatsApp, the Met creates the proposal from your Pitch template by filling its variables. Since it rewords nothing, the deck always carries your text.
Share the link with the customer
The Met creates a link to the presentation and sends it on WhatsApp. If your plan has advanced links, it can require the visitor's email or set an expiry date.
Know whether they opened it and how far they got
Days later, the Met checks the link's analytics: how many visits it had, which slide the median visit reached and each individual visit.
Tidy up your Pitch workspace
The Met finds presentations by title, renames them and moves them to the customer's folder so your team can find them.

The limits
What the Pitch integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not create with the Pitch assistant with the initial setup. Those two actions start switched off because they spend your Pitch workspace's AI credits.
-
It does not ask you for confirmation in the chat before writing. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on.
-
It does not work in two Pitch workspaces at once. The connection stays in one workspace; to switch, disconnect and connect again.
-
It does not give link analytics on every plan. Visits and advanced options need a plan with advanced links and available quota; variables need a plan that includes them.
-
It does not pay your Pitch plan. Usage runs on your account; Meteor does not resell the service.
Before you start
What you need to connect Pitch
- 1
A Pitch account with your templates
Anyone in the Pitch workspace can connect. Creating decks with variables needs a plan that includes them.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Pitch → Connect. A Pitch window opens so you can sign in and authorize the workspace you will use.
- 3
Decide which actions stay on
The workspace admin reviews the list of actions. Creating and editing with the Pitch assistant start switched off.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Pitch and Meteor
In your private Pitch space, unless you name a teamspace or a folder. The connector acts with your account and sees what you see.
Because creating or editing with the assistant spends your Pitch workspace's AI credits, which depend on your plan. Filling a template's variables does not use the assistant.
Yes, if your plan has advanced links. The Met checks the link's visits and which slide each one reached.
You do, with your Pitch plan. Meteor does not resell Pitch: the connector uses your business's account and follows your plan's limits.
