beehiiv and Meteor AI agents
Connect beehiiv to a WhatsApp Met: check subscribers, segments, surveys and the stats of every send with beehiiv's official MCP.
How does beehiiv connect to Meteor?
With the beehiiv ready connector, your Met works on your newsletter's publication through beehiiv's official MCP server, authorized once with OAuth. It lists your posts and pulls their stats and clicks, looks up subscriptions and a subscriber's history, checks segments and lists, and reads the responses to your surveys and polls. It also has tools to edit and save posts, but saving a post can send it, so that action starts switched off along with the automation, paid tier and product ones. The admin decides in Connections which actions stay on; usage runs on your beehiiv plan.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with beehiiv
Answer how the last send did
You ask the Met on WhatsApp how this week's newsletter performed. It finds the post, pulls its stats and the clicks on its links, and replies with what beehiiv recorded.
Read what your readers voted
If your newsletter carries a poll or a survey, the Met pulls the responses and summarizes them in the chat, so you can pick the next topic without exporting anything.
Check a subscriber's history
When a reader writes to you, the Met looks up their subscription and their history in the publication to answer with what beehiiv has on record.
Compare several sends at once
The Met pulls the stats of several posts in one call and tells you which ones worked best, so you can repeat the format that got the most opens.

The limits
What the beehiiv integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not send the newsletter on its own. Saving a post can send it, so that action starts switched off and only the admin turns it on if they want to use it.
-
It does not ask you for confirmation in the chat before writing. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on; delete actions start switched off.
-
It does not change your automations, paid tiers or products with the initial setup: those actions start switched off.
-
It does not see publications the connected account cannot access. If you run several, connect with an account that sees the ones the Met needs.
-
It does not pay your beehiiv plan. Usage runs on your account; Meteor does not resell the service.
Before you start
What you need to connect beehiiv
- 1
A publication on beehiiv
The beehiiv account you run your newsletter with, with access to the publication the Met will look up.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → beehiiv → Connect. A beehiiv window opens so you can sign in and authorize access.
- 3
Decide which actions stay on
The workspace admin reviews the list of actions. Saving posts, automations, tiers and products start switched off.

Questions about beehiiv and Meteor
Not with the initial setup. Saving a post can send it, so that action starts switched off. If the admin turns it on, review first how you will use it.
Yes. The Met lists your polls and surveys and pulls their responses to summarize them for you on WhatsApp.
Yes, if the connected account can access them. The Met lists the publications and works on the one you name.
You do, with your beehiiv plan. Meteor does not resell beehiiv: the connector uses your business's account and follows the limits beehiiv sets for that account.
