Braze and Meteor AI agents

Connect Braze to a Met: check your campaigns, Canvases and segments, and create email templates and content blocks with the official MCP server.

How does Braze connect to Meteor?

With the Braze ready-made connector, your Met uses Braze's official MCP server with your Braze dashboard user, authorized once with OAuth. It can list your campaigns and Canvases, get their details and daily series of sends, opens, clicks and conversions, see a segment's size over time, check active users, sessions, purchases and revenue, and read your catalogs. It also creates and updates email templates and content blocks, and uploads files to the media library. It returns no user profile data and sees what your user can see in Braze.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with Braze

Know how a campaign is doing without the dashboard

Someone on the team asks the Met about a campaign. The Met finds it in the list, gets its daily series and answers with sends, opens, clicks and conversions for the requested period.

Summarize a Canvas

For a Canvas, the Met gets its status and results summary, and compares it with the time series if the person wants to see how it changed over the last few days.

Check whether a segment is growing

The Met gets the series of a segment's estimated size and says whether it went up or down in the period, with the figures Braze returned.

Prepare an email template

With the text the team provides, the Met creates an email template or a content block in Braze so the team can review it and use it in a campaign.

34 tools

Everything your Met can ask Braze for

Each one is a real action in the connector. You can switch off the ones you would rather it never used.

The limits

What the Braze integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect Braze

  1. 1

    A Braze dashboard user

The connection uses your Braze user, not an API key. Its permissions decide which campaigns, segments and templates the Met can see or change.

  2. 2

    Connect it in Met

In Met, open Connections → Braze → Connect, sign in to Braze and authorize access. Then you choose which actions stay on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Braze and Meteor

No. Braze says its remote MCP server is authorized with your dashboard user; API keys still work for the REST API, but they are not needed here.

Yes. One connection covers every workspace your user can access, and the Met picks the workspace on each request.

Braze says edits made through its MCP are attributed to your user and appear in the campaign's edit history.

Braze keeps a list of allowed clients and warns that authorization may fail with others. If that happens, write to us and we will review it with you.

You do, with your Braze contract. Meteor does not resell Braze and does not charge for the calls the Met makes to your account.
