AWeber and Meteor AI agents
Connect AWeber to a Met: add and tag subscribers, see how broadcasts and workflows perform, and keep the next one as a draft with the official MCP.
How does AWeber connect to Meteor?
With the AWeber ready connector, your Met works on your AWeber account, authorized once with OAuth. It adds an email to a list with its tags, moves it to another list, adds tags and finds how many subscribers joined in a period. It reads your sent broadcasts with their opens and clicks, and the messages in your workflows with their stats. It also creates a new broadcast as a draft and changes its subject or content. The MCP is included on every AWeber plan and you send the broadcast yourself.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with AWeber
Sign up with a tag
A customer asks on WhatsApp to receive your emails. The Met adds them to the right list with the tag your team uses for people who come through the chat.
Report how the last broadcast did
When you ask, the Met returns the list's sent broadcasts with their opens and clicks, and tells you which one worked best.
Keep the next one as a draft
The Met reads the content of a broadcast that performed well, writes a new one with the same structure and keeps it as a draft in AWeber so you can review and send it.
Find the weak message in a workflow
The Met reviews the stats of each message in a workflow and points out the one with the fewest opens or the most unsubscribes.

The limits
What the AWeber integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not send broadcasts. None of its tools sends: the Met creates the draft and you send it from AWeber.
-
It does not create or edit workflows. It reads them with their steps and stats, but changing them is done in AWeber.
-
It does not ask you for confirmation in the chat before writing. The admin chooses which actions stay on; none starts turned off by name, so review adding, moving and changing subscribers.
-
It does not pay your AWeber plan. The MCP is included on every plan and usage runs on your account.
Before you start
What you need to connect AWeber
- 1
An AWeber account
The AWeber account where you keep your lists. When you authorize you choose which account to connect; you do not need a developer account or to create an app.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → AWeber → Connect. You sign in to AWeber and authorize access.
- 3
Decide which actions stay on
The workspace admin chooses which actions stay on, for example whether the Met can add and move subscribers or only read.
