Answer on WhatsApp the status of an order from the store your site has on Duda

An AI agent finds the order a customer asks about on WhatsApp in your Duda site's store and replies with its status, products and shipping details.

How do I answer on WhatsApp how an order placed through my Duda site's store is going?

A Met connected to Duda finds your business's site, reads the store settings and looks through the orders for the one that matches what the customer says on WhatsApp. It opens the order details, replies with the status and what they bought, and if they ask about a product in the order it pulls that product's details to answer with what the store says. When someone on the team tells it the order shipped, the Met updates the status or the shipping details in Duda. All of this needs Duda's Agency plan or higher, and it uses the account that authorized the connection.

What starts it

When the customer writes

It starts when a customer writes on WhatsApp to ask about a purchase they made in the site's store. There is no trigger to configure: the Met assigned to the line runs the procedure inside that conversation.

Nothing to set up. The Met assigned to that channel picks up the conversation and runs the procedure inside it.

Who runs it

Support Met for a store on Duda

Customer service team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is the Met that already answers the business's WhatsApp, with Duda connected. Its work ends when the customer knows how their order is going, or when the order status in Duda matches what the team shipped.

6 steps · 6 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the store's site

The Met lists the sites in the Duda account and keeps the one with the business's store. If the account belongs to an agency with many sites, the skill tells it which one.

  2. 2

    Read the store settings

Before answering, the Met pulls the store settings, such as currency and categories, so it talks about the order with the same data the site shows.

  3. 3

    Find the customer's order

The Met pulls the store's orders and looks for the one that matches what the customer gave, such as their name or the order number. If more than one looks similar, it asks which one.

  4. 4

    Open the details and answer

With the order found, the Met opens its details and tells the customer the status, the products and the shipping details the store has on record, without inventing dates that are not there.

  5. 5

Answer about a product in the order

If the customer asks about a product they bought, such as its size or description, the Met pulls that product's details from the store and answers with what it says.

  6. 6

Bring the order up to date

When someone on the team tells the Met the order shipped, the Met updates its status or its shipping details in Duda. This only happens if the admin left that action switched on.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

No. The order and product tools read Duda's native store. If you sell on another platform, the Met needs that platform's integration.

It helps, but it is not required: the Met searches the orders with whatever the customer says. If several look similar, it asks which one before answering.

It only updates the status or shipping details if the admin left that action switched on. If you would rather it only answers, leave it off in Connections.

The Agency plan or higher, which is what Duda requires for the store and order tools this procedure uses.
