Duda and Meteor AI agents
Connect Duda to a WhatsApp Met: check store orders and products, write blog posts and review form submissions with the official MCP server.
How do I connect the site my agency built on Duda to a WhatsApp Met?
With the Duda ready-made connector, your Met uses Duda's official MCP server on the account the admin authorizes with OAuth. From WhatsApp it can check the orders and products of the site's native store, update an order status or a product price, read site stats and incoming form submissions, write and publish blog posts, change copy in the content library and review booking appointments. Almost every action needs Duda's Agency plan or higher, and publishing or unpublishing a whole site needs the Custom plan. Duda labels its server as beta. Deleting posts, products or rows starts switched off.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Duda
Answer about a store order
A customer asks on WhatsApp how their purchase is going. The Met finds the order in the site's store, tells them its status and, if the team shipped it, updates the order status or its shipping details.
Adjust a product without opening the editor
The owner asks the Met on WhatsApp to change the price or description of a product, or of one of its variations. The Met finds it in the store and updates it.
Publish a blog post the owner dictates
The owner shares the news on WhatsApp. The Met creates the post as a draft, adjusts it with the requested changes and publishes it when told to.
See what the site brought in this week
The Met pulls the site's visits and leads and the form submissions that came in, and sums up for the owner who wrote and what they asked for, so nobody is left without a reply.
Review the booking calendar
The Met lists the site's booking appointments by date or by staff member and adjusts the availability of someone who will not be working on a given day.

The limits
What the Duda integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before changing the site. The admin decides in Connections which actions stay on; deleting posts, products or rows starts switched off.
-
It does not replace the Duda editor: this page does not include the pages or theme tools, so the site design is still changed in Duda.
-
It does not work on every plan: almost every action needs the Agency plan or higher, and publishing or unpublishing the whole site needs the Custom plan.
-
It sees no more than the account that authorized the connection. If that account cannot reach a site, neither can the Met.
-
It is not a finished version: Duda labels its MCP server as beta and says it may change, and warns that its actions can make permanent changes to sites.
Before you start
What you need to connect Duda
- 1
A Duda account on the plan each action needs
The store, blog, collections, bookings and stats need Duda's Agency plan or higher. Publishing or unpublishing a site needs the Custom plan.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Duda → Connect. A Duda window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Duda and Meteor
Yes, if it is connected with a Duda account that can reach that site. Usually the agency connects its account and leaves on only the actions the Met needs.
Only if the admin turns those actions on, because they start switched off. Duda says deleting a post or a product is permanent, so it is best to leave them off.
Yes: publishing a blog post or the content library makes the change visible instantly. If you would rather review first, leave the publish actions switched off.
You do, with your Duda plan. Meteor does not resell Duda: the connector uses your company's or your agency's account and follows its plan's rules.
