Schedule a client's week of social posts from WhatsApp with Postiz

An AI agent schedules a week of posts for one of your agency's clients in Postiz, on their channels and following each network's rules.

How do I schedule a client's week of social posts in Postiz without leaving WhatsApp?

You send your Met on WhatsApp the week's copy and the client it is for. A Met connected to Postiz finds that client's group, takes only their channels, checks each network's rules and character limit, generates an image if you ask for one and schedules each post on the agreed date and channel, or keeps it as a draft. At the end it lists what is scheduled for the week so you can confirm nothing is missing, and adjusts the settings of a post that has not gone out yet.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone at the agency sends the Met a client's copy for the week on WhatsApp and asks it to schedule it. There is no trigger to configure: the request arrives in the conversation.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the client

The Met lists your organization's groups in Postiz and takes the one for the client you named, so it does not post on another brand's channels.

  2. 2

    Take only their channels

The Met lists the connected channels filtered by that group and keeps the ones your team named, for example Instagram and LinkedIn.

  3. 3

    Check each network's rules

Before building anything, the Met returns the rules, character limit and settings each network needs, so it does not schedule copy the network will reject.

  4. 4

    Generate the image if needed

If a post has no image and you ask for one, the Met generates it in Postiz and uses it as the attachment. If you sent your photos, it uses yours.

  5. 5

    Schedule or keep as draft

The Met creates each post on its channel with the agreed date, or keeps it as a draft if you prefer to review it in Postiz. It does not publish right away unless you ask.

  6. 6

    Show the week and adjust

The Met lists what is scheduled from Monday to Sunday and sums it up in the chat. If a network setting came out wrong, it fixes it on the post that has not gone out yet.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

This procedure filters channels by the group of the client you name. That is why each brand should have its own group in Postiz.

The Met checks the character limit before scheduling. If something still does not comply, Postiz returns the error and the Met tells you what to cut.

They are generated inside your Postiz account, under your plan's terms. Met does not charge for the calls your Met makes to Postiz.
