SocialPilot and Meteor AI agents

Connect SocialPilot to a Met: create and schedule posts, save drafts and check the ones that failed or missed their time, with the official MCP.

How does SocialPilot connect to Meteor?

With the SocialPilot ready connector, your Met uses SocialPilot's official MCP server on the account the admin authorizes. It lists the connected social accounts and groups, creates and schedules a post on one or several accounts, or saves it as a draft for review. It also checks the queue of scheduled posts, the ones already published, the ones that failed and the ones that missed their scheduled time, and opens each one's details. It works with the accounts and permissions your SocialPilot user already has.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with SocialPilot

Schedule a promotion on several networks

Someone on the team asks the Met for the weekend promotion on Instagram and Facebook; the Met finds those accounts, creates the post and schedules it for the requested date and time.

Leave drafts for review

If the owner wants to approve first, the Met saves the post as a draft. Then it lists the week's drafts so the team reviews them in SocialPilot.

Check what failed or did not go out

The Met checks the posts that failed and the ones that missed their time, opens each one and tells the team which ones need to be scheduled again.

Report what goes out today

The Met lists the queue of scheduled posts and the ones already published, so the team knows what went out and what is left for the day.

The limits

What the SocialPilot integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect SocialPilot

  1. 1

    A SocialPilot account

You need a SocialPilot account with your business's social networks already connected. The connector works with those accounts, their groups and their clients.

  2. 2

    Connect it in Met

In Met, open Connections → SocialPilot → Connect. A SocialPilot window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about SocialPilot and Meteor

Both. It can create and schedule the post, or save it as a draft for you to review in SocialPilot. You decide in its instructions and in which actions you leave on.

Yes. The Met lists accounts by client or by group and posts only to the right ones, within your user's permissions.

The Met checks the posts that failed and the ones that missed their scheduled time, and opens each one's details to tell you what happened.

You do, with your own SocialPilot plan. Meteor does not resell SocialPilot: the connector uses your company's account.
