Schedule the week's promotion in SocialPilot and check the posts that failed

An AI agent schedules the promotion in SocialPilot on the accounts you ask for, checks it is in the queue and tells you which post failed.

How do I schedule the week's promotion on all my networks with SocialPilot without doing it account by account?

Someone on the team asks the Met, on the web platform, to schedule the week's promotion with its text, the invitation to write on WhatsApp, the networks and the time. The Met confirms the SocialPilot account, lists the social accounts and groups, and creates the scheduled post on the right ones. Then it checks the queue to confirm it is there, and finally it checks the posts that failed and opens each one to say what happened, so the team schedules it again in time.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

Someone on the team starts the task on the web platform and says what to post, on which networks or group and at what time. The Met works from that instruction.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Content Met that schedules in SocialPilot

Social team

It has no seeded name of its own: it is the Met that posts on the business's social networks, with SocialPilot connected. Its work ends when the promotion is scheduled on its accounts and the team knows which ones failed.

5 steps · 7 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Confirm the SocialPilot account

The Met pulls the details of the user the connection was authorized with, to know which SocialPilot account it is going to schedule in.

  2. 2

Find the accounts and the group

The Met lists the connected social accounts, filtered by network or by client, and the account groups. If the person asked for a group, it uses that group's accounts.

  3. 3

    Schedule the post

The Met creates the post with the requested text and schedules it on those accounts for the given date and time. This step needs the create posts action to be on.

  4. 4

Confirm it is in the queue

The Met lists the scheduled posts and checks that the promotion shows up on each account. If it is missing on one, it tells the person instead of assuming it is done.

  5. 5

    Check the ones that failed

The Met checks the posts that failed to publish and opens each one's details to say what happened, so the team fixes it or schedules it again.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Yes. The Met filters accounts by client or uses a group, and schedules only on the ones you asked for, within your user's permissions.

The SocialPilot page includes an action that lists them. This automation checks the ones that failed; that check can be added in the Met's instructions.

You do, with your own SocialPilot plan. Meteor does not resell SocialPilot: the connector uses your company's account.
