Integration · Run stores and orders
Multivende and Meteor AI agents
Connect Multivende to a WhatsApp Met: check stock by warehouse, prices, orders and shipments across all your sales channels.
How do I answer on WhatsApp the stock and orders I have in Multivende?
With the Multivende ready connector, your WhatsApp Met reads the catalog, stock by warehouse, price lists and orders from the channels you have connected in Multivende, such as Mercado Libre, Falabella, Paris, Ripley or Shopify. It searches for a product by name or SKU, checks which warehouse or store has units, looks up the price and opens an order with its shipment and tracking number. If the admin leaves writes on, it also updates stock and prices or creates products. Setting stock across several warehouses at once and unpublishing products from a channel start switched off. Usage runs on your Multivende account.
Where it applies: Chile. Built for sellers on Chilean marketplaces such as Falabella, Paris and Ripley as well as Mercado Libre or Shopify. The channels the Met sees are the ones you have connected in Multivende.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Multivende
Answer whether there is stock and where
When a customer asks about a product or a size, the Met finds the variant by name or SKU and checks its stock across every warehouse and store, so it answers whether there are units and where, with Multivende's data and not from memory.
Tell where an order stands
The Met opens the order with its items and payment status, checks the delivery order and answers with the shipping status and the tracking number on record.
Check why a listing is not syncing
For the team, the Met lists a product's listings on each channel and pulls the latest sync log entry, which shows whether the marketplace returned an error.
See how sales are going by channel
The Met sums sales by day, week or month on each connected channel and tells you on WhatsApp how much you sold on Falabella versus Mercado Libre in the period you ask for.

The limits
What the Multivende integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before writing to Multivende. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on; multi-warehouse stock, unpublishing from a channel and deleting pictures start switched off.
-
It does not sell or charge on WhatsApp: it looks up the order that already came in through a channel, but it does not create it or take the payment.
-
It does not see channels that are not connected in your Multivende account. If a marketplace is not in the channel list, the Met has neither its listings nor its orders.
-
It does not bring every order at once: the list returns up to 50 orders per page and you have to paginate to see more.
-
It does not buy or print the shipping label: it lists the dispatch documents Multivende already has ready to print.
Before you start
What you need to connect Multivende
- 1
A Multivende account with your channels connected
The catalog, warehouses and sales channels are set up in Multivende. The connector works with whatever that account already has.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Multivende → Connect. A Multivende window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Multivende and Meteor
Yes, one warehouse at a time, if the admin leaves that action on. Setting stock across several warehouses at once starts switched off, because it shows up on all your channels.
Yes, if that channel is connected in Multivende. The Met opens the order and its delivery order, with the status and tracking number Multivende has on record.
The publish action exists and the admin decides whether it stays on. Unpublishing starts switched off, because it stops that product's sales on the channel.
You do, with your own Multivende plan. Meteor does not resell Multivende: the connector uses your company's account.
