Manatal and Meteor AI agents

Connect Manatal to a Meteor AI agent: register candidates with their experience, match them to a job and leave notes for your team.

How does Manatal connect to Meteor?

With the Manatal ready connector, your Met checks whether the candidate already exists and registers the candidates who reach you on WhatsApp in your account, with their work experience and education, matches them to a job and leaves notes for the recruiter. It also reads a job, a candidate's profile and which stage a match is in, and it can create jobs and client companies if your team decides so. It is Manatal's official server: according to Manatal, it is available on its Enterprise Plus plan, and usage runs on your Manatal account.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with Manatal

Register whoever applies on WhatsApp

When someone wants to apply for a job, your Met creates the candidate in Manatal with the details from the conversation and adds their work history and education.

Match them to the right job

With the job your team named, your Met matches the candidate and leaves a note with what was discussed in the chat, so the recruiter reads it in Manatal.

Tell which stage they are in

If the candidate asks, your Met checks their match and the stage catalog and tells them where they are in the process, with what Manatal reports.

Open a job for a client

If your agency allows it, your Met creates the client company and the job with what the client said in the conversation, and leaves a note on the job for your team.

The limits

What the Manatal integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect Manatal

  1. 1

A Manatal account on the plan that includes MCP

According to Manatal, its MCP server is available on the Enterprise Plus plan at no extra cost; Professional and Enterprise plans can upgrade to use it.

  2. 2

    Connect Manatal in Met

In Met, open Connections, then Manatal, then Connect. A Manatal window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met.

  3. 3

    Decide which actions stay on

The workspace admin chooses in the connector which actions stay on, for example creating jobs or client companies. None of these actions deletes data.
