Kit and Meteor AI agents
Connect Kit to a WhatsApp Met: look up subscribers, tags and sequences, and check how your broadcasts perform with Kit's official MCP.
How does Kit connect to Meteor?
With the Kit ready connector, your Met works on your Kit account through the official MCP server, authorized once with OAuth. It looks up subscribers, their tags and their open and click stats, lists your sequences and forms, and tells you how your broadcasts performed and how much your list grew. It can also create or update a subscriber, tag them and add them to a sequence, but Kit marks those writes as destructive and they start switched off until the admin turns them on. Using the tools needs a paid Kit plan (Creator or Pro).
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Kit
Answer how the last broadcast did
You ask the Met on WhatsApp how this week's broadcast performed. It finds the broadcast, pulls its stats and the clicks per link, and replies with what Kit recorded.
Check a subscriber before writing to them
Before you contact someone on your list, the Met pulls their tags and stats: how many emails they got, how many they opened and when they opened the last one.
Add whoever asks in the chat to the list
If the admin turned those writes on, the Met creates the subscriber with the email the customer gave, tags them and adds them to the welcome sequence.
See how fast your list grows
The Met pulls the growth stats and the account's sending averages so you know whether the list is growing or stuck, without opening the Kit dashboard.

The limits
What the Kit integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not send or schedule broadcasts. Creating a broadcast leaves a draft, and scheduling or sending it is confirmed in Kit's editor.
-
It does not ask you for confirmation in the chat before writing. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on; the ones Kit marks as destructive start switched off.
-
It does not work on Kit's free plan. The account can be connected, but running any tool needs a paid plan (Creator or Pro).
-
It does not run huge operations at once. Kit allows 120 requests per minute per connection, and lists come back in pages.
-
It does not pay your Kit plan. Usage runs on your Kit account; Meteor does not resell the service.
Before you start
What you need to connect Kit
- 1
A Kit account on a paid plan
The account you run your list with, on the Creator or Pro plan. On the free plan the tools answer with an upgrade prompt instead of running.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Kit → Connect. A Kit window opens so you can sign in and authorize access.
- 3
Decide which writes stay on
The workspace admin reviews the list of actions and turns on only the ones the Met needs, such as creating or tagging subscribers.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Kit and Meteor
No. It can leave a broadcast as a draft if the admin turns that action on, but scheduling and sending it happen in Kit's editor.
Because Kit marks that tool as destructive: it creates or updates the subscriber by email and can change their data. Met keeps the tools the server marks that way off until the admin turns them on.
You can connect the account, but Kit only runs the tools on its paid plans, Creator and Pro. On the free plan the Met cannot read or write anything.
You do, with your Kit plan. Meteor does not resell Kit: the connector uses your business's account and follows the limits Kit sets for that account.
