Holded and Meteor AI agents
Connect Holded to a WhatsApp Met: find customers, prepare quotes with your products and answer which invoices each customer still owes.
How do I prepare a quote in Holded from WhatsApp?
With the Holded ready connector, your Met works with your company's management software. It finds and adds contacts, checks your products, services and the stock in each warehouse, and prepares quotes and sales orders with what the customer asks for in the conversation. It also lists issued invoices, including those pending collection, finds an invoice by its number and checks payments, collections and taxes. Invoicing, sending documents by email, recording payments and deleting are not among the actions Met leaves on: your team does that part in Holded.
Where it applies: España. Holded is management software from Spain; the taxes the Met checks, such as VAT, are the ones set up in your account.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Holded
Prepare the quote requested on WhatsApp
When a customer asks for a price, the Met finds them among your contacts or adds them, takes the products or services from your catalog and creates the quote in Holded for your team to review and send.
Answer which invoices a customer still owes
If a customer asks what they owe you, the Met lists their invoices pending collection and answers with what Holded has on record, without anyone opening the software.
Check stock before promising
Before telling a customer something is available, the Met checks the product's stock or the stock of a specific warehouse and answers with that figure.
Log the opportunity
When someone writes interested in buying, the Met creates the opportunity in the Holded CRM and adds a note with what they asked for, so the sales team can follow up.

The limits
What the Holded integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not invoice: creating, approving and sending invoices are not among the actions Met leaves on. The quote or order stays in Holded and your team invoices from there.
-
It does not send documents by email from Holded or record payments or collections: those actions are not on either. The Met checks collections, but does not mark them.
-
It does not delete anything in your account: the actions that delete contacts, quotes, invoices or other documents are not among the ones Met leaves on.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before creating a contact or a quote. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on.
-
It does nothing your Holded user cannot do: it inherits that user's permissions and the role you choose when you authorize the connection.
Before you start
What you need to connect Holded
- 1
A Holded account with API access turned on
Holded requires it to connect its MCP server. If an error shows up when you authorize, check in your Holded account that API access is turned on.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Holded → Connect. The Holded sign in opens, you choose the role you grant and authorize. Then you choose in Met which actions stay on.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Holded and Meteor
With the Analyst role the Met can only read, so it does not create contacts or quotes. For that, choose Operational, or Custom with those permissions checked.
Not with this connector as it arrives. It prepares quotes and sales orders, and checks the invoices that already exist; your team does the invoicing in Holded.
Yes. The Met lists the invoices pending collection and answers with what Holded has on record for that customer.
You do, with your own Holded plan. Meteor does not resell Holded: the connector uses your company's account, and what it can do depends on your plan and the permissions you grant.
