GetResponse and Meteor AI agents

Connect GetResponse to a WhatsApp Met: check your lists, who opens and who does not, how each newsletter performed and create the next one.

How does GetResponse connect to Meteor?

With the GetResponse ready connector, your Met uses GetResponse's official MCP server with the account the admin authorizes. On WhatsApp it tells you which lists you have, which contacts joined recently and who opened, clicked or stopped opening your emails in recent days. It returns the performance summary of each newsletter sent and reads its content, so it can tell you which one worked best with GetResponse's numbers. It also creates and updates newsletters, builds one with generated content and creates a marketing campaign with its landing page. Creating and updating newsletters start switched off because they can go out to your list: the admin decides in Connections whether to turn them on.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with GetResponse

Find out how your last newsletter did

You ask the Met on WhatsApp how this week's email performed. The Met returns the newsletters sent on those dates and the performance summary of each one, and tells you which worked best.

Find who stopped opening

The Met returns the contacts who did not open any email in the days you set and compares them with those who do, so you can decide whom to write to differently.

Look up a contact

When someone on the team asks whether a customer is on your lists, the Met searches by name or within a list and answers which list they appear in.

Prepare the next newsletter

The Met reads the content of the newsletter that worked best and, if the admin turns that action on, since it starts switched off, creates a new one or updates a draft with the topic you gave in the chat.

Launch a campaign with a landing page

For a promotion, the Met creates a marketing campaign in GetResponse that comes with its landing page, a newsletter and the welcome message for whoever subscribes.

The limits

What the GetResponse integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect GetResponse

  1. 1

    A standard GetResponse account

The GetResponse account with your lists and newsletters. GetResponse MAX accounts use their own server address, different from the one this connector uses.

  2. 2

    Connect it in Met

In Met, open Connections → GetResponse → Connect. A GetResponse window opens so you can sign in and authorize access. You do not need to create or paste an API key.

  3. 3

    Decide which actions stay on

The workspace admin reviews the list of actions: creating and updating newsletters start switched off, and the admin can turn off others the Met should not take alone, such as creating campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about GetResponse and Meteor

Not with this connector: GetResponse's server has no tool to create contacts. The Met searches and lists contacts, creates campaigns and, if the admin turns it on, newsletters.

Because that is what GetResponse calls them internally. The tool that returns the lists is named after campaigns; in the chat the Met talks about lists so you are not confused.

Yes. It returns the contacts who did not open any message in the days you set, and also those who opened or clicked, so you can compare.

You do, with your GetResponse account and plan. Meteor does not resell GetResponse: the connector uses your company's account.
