Frase and Meteor AI agents
Connect Frase to a Met: research a topic, build the brief, generate the draft and measure its SEO and GEO scores with the official Frase MCP.
How does Frase connect to Meteor?
With the Frase ready connector, your Met works on your site's SEO content with your Frase account. It has 34 tools: it analyzes the SERP, competitors and search intent, runs research, builds briefs with their outline, generates the content from the brief and recalculates its SEO, GEO and EEAT scores. It also audits a page or a site, reads your AI visibility and, if you have Google Search Console connected in Frase, your search metrics. It can publish to Frase CMS or the connected platforms. Publishing, updating a content item and recalculating its scores start off until the admin turns them on in Connections. You pay for it with your Frase plan.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Frase
Build an article draft
You ask the Met on WhatsApp for an article on a topic. The Met checks the search intent, creates the brief with its outline, generates the content and, if the admin turned on score recalculation, gives you the score. The draft stays in Frase.
Research a topic before writing
The Met starts research on a topic, a competitor or a gap, waits for it to finish and sums up the findings with their sources.
Audit a page
You give the Met the URL of a page on your site and it replies with its E-E-A-T, GEO and SEO scores.
Check how you are doing on Google
With Google Search Console connected in Frase, the Met pulls the metrics overview, the top queries and the alerts for traffic drops or ranking changes.
See your AI visibility
The Met pulls the AI visibility overview, the competitors and the findings and recommendations Frase calculates.

The limits
What the Frase integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before writing or publishing: the admin decides in Connections which actions stay on. Publishing, updating, recalculating scores and deleting content start off, because the Frase server marks them as destructive.
-
It does not bring Search Console data if you do not have Google Search Console connected in Frase.
-
It does not publish to a site that is not connected. It publishes to Frase CMS or to the platforms you have connected in Frase.
-
It does not guarantee Google rankings or AI citations. The scores are the ones Frase calculates; reviewing and fixing the text is still yours.
-
It does not pay your Frase plan. Meteor does not resell the service.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about Frase and Meteor
Frase leaves drafts by default. The publish tool starts off in Met; it only publishes if the admin turns it on in Connections.
A content item's SEO, GEO and EEAT scores, and the E-E-A-T, GEO and SEO scores when it audits a page by its URL.
Yes. According to the server repository, three limits apply separately: a per minute burst, an hourly ceiling and a monthly request budget.
You do, with your Frase plan. Met does not charge for what your Met does in Frase and Meteor does not resell the service.
