How do I connect EnvíaloSimple to my WhatsApp to add contacts and build campaigns?

With the EnvíaloSimple ready connector, your Met works on your email marketing account with the API key you paste in Connections. It finds a contact by email, creates it and subscribes it to a list, so whoever leaves their email on WhatsApp joins your database without manual copying. It also builds and edits draft campaigns, checks whether a campaign meets the conditions to be sent and pulls the report of opens, clicks and bounces. Sending, resuming or resending a campaign, activating an automation and importing contacts from a CSV start switched off: the admin decides on bulk sending. Usage runs on your EnvíaloSimple account.

Add whoever leaves their email on WhatsApp to your list

If a customer gives you their email in the conversation and agrees to receive news, the Met checks whether the contact already exists, creates it if not and subscribes it to the list your team chose.

Leave a campaign ready as a draft

The Met creates the campaign, edits it while it is a draft and checks whether it meets the conditions to be sent. Sending stays with your team, because sending starts switched off.

Tell you how the last campaign did

The Met pulls the campaign's general report and the detail of opens, clicks and bounces, and answers you on WhatsApp with those figures.

Check what a customer opened

Before a sales call, the Met checks which campaigns that contact opened, to know which promotion caught their interest.

The limits

What the EnvíaloSimple integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

It does not send bulk campaigns on its own. Sending, resuming or resending a campaign and activating an automation start switched off; the admin decides whether to turn them on.
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before creating or editing contacts and campaigns. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on.
It does not subscribe excluded contacts: EnvíaloSimple leaves them out of the list even when asked.
It does not ask the customer's permission for you: the skill should ask whether they agree to receive emails before adding them to a list.
It does not use OAuth: it works with your account's API key, and anyone holding that key can use the account. If you change it in EnvíaloSimple, paste the new one in Met.

An EnvíaloSimple account and its API key

In EnvíaloSimple, go to Advanced settings and generate your API key. It is copied as is, without the word Bearer.

Connect it in Met

In Met, open Connections → EnvíaloSimple → Connect and paste the API key. Then you choose which actions stay on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about EnvíaloSimple and Meteor

Only if the admin turns sending on, because it starts switched off. Without it, the Met leaves the campaign as a draft and your team sends it from EnvíaloSimple.

Yes, if they give you their email and agree to receive your sends. The Met creates the contact and subscribes it to the list you choose; if it was excluded, EnvíaloSimple does not subscribe it.

Because the EnvíaloSimple server does not use OAuth: it connects with the account's API key, which you generate in Advanced settings.

You do, with your own EnvíaloSimple plan. Meteor does not resell EnvíaloSimple: the connector uses your company's account.
