Add the customer who leaves their email on WhatsApp to your EnvíaloSimple list

An AI agent creates in EnvíaloSimple the contact who gave you their email on WhatsApp and subscribes it to your news list, with no manual copying.

How do I add the customers who leave their email on WhatsApp to my EnvíaloSimple mailing list?

When a customer agrees to receive your news and leaves their email on WhatsApp, a Met connected to EnvíaloSimple checks whether that email already exists as a contact. If it does not, it creates it; if it does, it fills in missing data, such as the name, in your account's custom fields. Then it finds the list your team chose, for example "WhatsApp customers", and subscribes the contact. That way your email base grows with every conversation and nobody copies emails into a spreadsheet. If the contact is excluded, EnvíaloSimple does not subscribe it and the Met tells your team. It does not send any campaign.

What starts it

When the customer writes

It starts when a customer, inside the WhatsApp conversation, agrees to receive news by email and writes their address. There is no trigger to configure: the Met assigned to the line runs the procedure inside that conversation.

Nothing to set up. The Met assigned to that channel picks up the conversation and runs the procedure inside it.

Who runs it

Social team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is the Met that already answers the business's WhatsApp, with EnvíaloSimple connected. Its work ends when the contact is subscribed to the list, or when EnvíaloSimple rejects it and the team is notified.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

Check whether the email is already a contact

The Met searches EnvíaloSimple contacts with the email filter. That way it does not create a duplicate of someone who was already in your base from another campaign or form.

  2. 2

Create the contact if it does not exist

If the email does not show up, the Met creates the contact. EnvíaloSimple only requires the email, and the list is assigned in a separate step, so creating the contact does not subscribe it to anything yet.

  3. 3

Fill in the name and phone number

The Met lists your account's custom fields to know where the name or phone number goes, and edits the contact with what the person gave in the conversation. If there is no field for something, it does not make one up.

  4. 4

    Find the right list

The Met searches by name for the list your team named in the skill, for example "WhatsApp customers", and takes its ID. If two lists have similar names, it uses the one the skill names.

  5. 5

    Subscribe it to the list

The Met subscribes the contact to that list and confirms to the customer that they will get your news. If EnvíaloSimple does not subscribe it because it is in exclusions, the Met does not insist and leaves the case for your team.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

The Met finds them by email, does not create a duplicate and only subscribes them to the missing list, filling in the data that was not there.

Not in this procedure. If you have a welcome automation in EnvíaloSimple, it fires on its own event; activating automations from the Met starts switched off.

EnvíaloSimple has an action to unsubscribe contacts from a list, and the admin decides whether it stays on. This procedure does not use it.
