Reply to your business's Google reviews from WhatsApp

Your AI agent pulls the unanswered Google reviews, drafts each reply and posts it on your listing once you approve the text on WhatsApp.

How do I reply to my business's Google reviews without opening Google Business Profile?

You text your Met on WhatsApp "which Google reviews are still unanswered?". The Met finds your account and location, pulls only the reviews that have no reply yet, checks the listing details so it does not answer something that contradicts your hours or your phone number, and proposes the text of each reply. It is posted on Search and Maps only when you approve that text: the tool requires that confirmation on every call. One condition before you count on this: Google approves access to these APIs by request, and until that approval exists the Met tells you it cannot read the listing yet instead of making up reviews.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team asks the Met on WhatsApp to check the Google reviews. Each check is on request: in this procedure the Met does not watch your listing or post anything on its own.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Internal Met that looks after your Google listing reviews

Social team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Google Business Profile connected, for the owner or whoever handles the business's reputation: it is done when every pending review has an approved, published reply, or when you tell it one stays unanswered.

5 steps · 5 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the business account

The Met lists the Google Business Profile accounts managed by the connected Google account and keeps your business's. That account name is what the rest of the tools need.

  2. 2

    Pick the location

The Met lists the account's locations with their name and address. If you have several, it asks which one to check: each location is a separate listing with its own reviews.

  3. 3

    Pull only the unanswered reviews

The Met requests that location's reviews filtered to the ones with no reply yet, and summarizes them with author, stars and comment. Nobody wastes time reading the ones your team already answered.

  4. 4

    Check what the listing says

Before drafting, the Met opens the location details: hours, phone, website and description. If a review complains the place was closed, the reply starts from the published hours, not from a guess.

  5. 5

    Post the reply you approve

The Met shows you the full text of each reply on WhatsApp. When you say yes, it posts it with the confirmation the tool requires; if the review already had a reply, it warns you that the new one replaces the old one.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

No. The posting tool requires explicit confirmation on every call, so the Met shows you the text and waits for your yes before posting it.

It depends on Google's approval for the Business Profile APIs. Without it, the connector answers that it cannot read the listing; this procedure is written for when access is approved.

Yes, one at a time. Each location is a separate listing with its own reviews, so the Met lists the locations and works on the one you point to.

No. The API does not allow deleting reviews: they are reported from the Google dashboard. What you can do from here is reply to it, which is what the next customers read.
