Partners · Talent
Your client base already opens the door. This is what is on the other side.
If you sell talent assessment, an ATS or HR consulting, you already know which company is growing and where. That knowledge is worth a recurring commission.
What is a Meteor talent partner?
It is a company that already sells to HR teams (assessment, an ATS platform, recruiting, consulting or outsourcing) and adds Meteor's AI agents to its catalogue, for the commercial operation of those same clients. Nothing has to be integrated with your platform: Meteor does not assess candidates, it does not run or score tests, and it has no connector to any ATS. What you bring is the access and the trust you already have; what you earn is a recurring share of what those clients pay Meteor every month, plus whatever you charge to implement it.
You see the buying signal before the market does
| If your client is hiring… | What that means | What you sell them |
|---|---|---|
| Sales reps | They cannot keep up with answering and quoting on WhatsApp. | A sales Met |
| Customer service | Message volume grew faster than the team did. | A support Met |
| Order or dispatch clerks | The operation only grows by hiring more people. | A Met wired to their store and ERP |
| Front desk or scheduling | The calendar is handled by hand and over the phone. | A scheduling Met |
| Collections | Money comes in late and somebody chases payments manually. | An invoicing and collections Met |
The opportunity
You earn through three separate lanes, paid at different moments
It is not a single commission. Mixing them up is what makes a partner miscalculate what suits them.
| Lane | When it is paid | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Licence A share of what your client pays Meteor every month. | Every month, while the client keeps paying and your window lasts. | 7 % | 15 % | 20 % |
| Implementation Your share of the rollout project you bill the client for. | Once, when the project is delivered. | 20 % | 25 % | 35 % |
| Services and templates What you publish on the marketplace: you set the price, Meteor collects. | On every sale. Meteor keeps the rest. | 50 % | 60 % | 75 % |
All three push the same way: the licence commission rises with the level, and what Meteor keeps on services falls. Both reward the same thing.
What actually changes
The window weighs more than the percentage
Almost everyone reads 7 against 20 and concludes “three times more”. That is not what happens.
| Level | Commission | For | A client on US$299/month leaves… |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 7 % | 6 months | US$126 in total |
| Silver | 15 % | 12 months | US$538 in total |
| Gold | 20 % | Open-ended | US$60 a month, while they keep paying |
At Gold that same client leaves US$718 in the first year, and as much again in the second. At Bronze it left US$126 once. The difference is not threefold: it is of a different kind.
How you move up
Two doors for each level, and you only cross one
The client and revenue thresholds are alternatives to each other. Certification is not: that one is required.
| Level | Active clients | or attributed MRR | and certification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Entry level, once your application is approved | ||
| Silver | 15 | US$1,485/month | Yes |
| Gold | 40 | US$3,960/month | Yes |
You do not need 40 clients to reach Gold
Because the revenue route is met with fewer accounts when they are larger, the short path depends on the plan your clients land on.
| If the typical client lands on… | Silver with | Gold with |
|---|---|---|
| Estudio, US$99/month | 15 clients | 40 clients |
| Oficina, US$299/month | 5 clients | 14 clients |
| Edificio, US$500/month | 3 clients | 8 clients |
Threshold arithmetic against list prices, not a sales projection. Whichever route is met first counts, the count or the revenue one.
These thresholds can move. They are edited from the platform's administration, not with a deploy of this site. The ones in this table are today's; confirm them in the interview.
The table is the schedule, not a closed offer. A negotiated rate takes precedence over the schedule by level. We publish this so you can size the opportunity before investing time.
The requirement that is not an alternative
The three certifications
You can meet the numbers and still need this. Each one carries a course, an assessment and a credential verifiable by code.
-
Foundational
The base of the product and the programme. This is the one that opens Silver.
-
Advanced
Deep configuration: flows, integrations and the cases that are not in the manual.
-
Implementer
Unlocks billing rollout projects, on top of the licence commission.
How you get in
Four steps, and there is no self-registration
Nobody gets in by filling a form and that is it. Every application is read, and the interview is where the terms of your case are discussed.
-
Step 1
You apply
A short form: whether you are a company or an individual, where you are, what you do and why you want to be a partner. That last field is the one that actually gets read.
-
Step 2
We review it
There is no self-signup. Someone on the team reads your application and looks at whether what you do today, and what you want to build, line up with what the platform solves.
-
Step 3
We talk
An interview. That is where scope, the industries you can sell into and the commercial terms get discussed, and they depend on what you bring rather than on a published table.
-
Step 4
You are in and you start
Onboarding is formal: you sign the contract online, verify your identity and register the account where you want to be paid. That is when the full portal opens and the training track begins.
What you get
A portal, not a folder of collateral
Every item on this list is a section that exists today in partners.meteor.com.co. It opens in full once your application is approved.
-
Your clients, attributed
Every client you bring is recorded under your name, with their plan, their status and their usage. Attribution does not depend on anyone remembering: it is a platform record.
-
Opportunities and their thread
Opportunities carry a stage, an owner and a conversation thread with attachments, where the Meteor team and yours work the same deal without crossing emails.
-
Implementation projects
Every rollout runs as a project with milestones, tasks and a checklist: what was done, who did it and how you verify it is working.
-
Your revenue, without a spreadsheet
What you generated, what has been settled and what is still pending is visible in the platform, with the line-by-line detail of every payout.
-
Training with real assessment
The learning track carries lessons, diagnostics by topic and assessments you have to pass. The certifications you earn count toward moving up a level: they are not decorative.
-
Community, events and the Máster network
A space with the other partners, events, one-to-one sessions with your Partner Máster and the product roadmap, where you can suggest, vote and argue about what comes next.
FAQ
Questions from a talent partner
No, and this is the first thing worth clearing up. Meteor does not assess candidates, it does not run or score tests, and it has no connector to any ATS. Your platform does not change at all: what you bring as a partner is the access and the trust you already have with companies, and what gets sold to them are agents for their own commercial operation.
Partly yes, and we would rather say so. If a company puts a Met on WhatsApp, it will probably hire one or two fewer support reps that year. What changes in your favour is the kind of revenue: a selection process is billed once, and the licence commission is billed every month. Meteor also does not compete with the roles that require judgement, which are the ones that bill best.
It depends on the plan they land on, not only on how many they are. The Silver threshold is crossed with 15 clients or US$1,485 of attributed monthly revenue, whichever comes first; Gold, with 40 or US$3,960. That is why a handful of clients on mid-sized plans gets there before many on the entry plan.
Yes. The client and revenue thresholds are alternatives to each other, but certification is a separate requirement you have to meet either way. There are three of them (Foundational, Advanced and Implementer), each with a course, an assessment and a credential verifiable by code.
You do not lose the level overnight: there are 30 days of grace before a downgrade takes effect. The level is recalculated on its own against your attributed clients, so there is nothing to request or renegotiate each quarter.
Through two routes, and it is worth always using one. You get a referral code of your own: a client arriving with it is attributed automatically. And for the one who will arrive some other way, you register the opportunity before the first meeting and it is reserved in your name. A client who arrives with neither mark comes in unowned, and then the commission becomes a conversation instead of a fact.
They are the current schedule by level, and that is what applies by default. The specific terms are discussed in the admission interview with your case on the table, and a negotiated rate takes precedence over the schedule. We publish the table so you can size the opportunity before investing time, not to close it in writing.
Yes. Bear in mind that several integrations are local (invoicing, carriers, marketplaces), and that changes what you can promise in each market. The application form asks for your country.
How many of your accounts have an open vacancy today?
That is the list to start from. Send us five names and we will set up the first conversation together, with your client at the table.
