Workable and Meteor AI agents
Connect Workable to a Meteor AI agent: check open jobs, register candidates, leave comments and move each person to the next stage.
How does Workable connect to Meteor?
With the Workable ready connector, your Met checks the jobs in your account and their details, registers whoever writes on WhatsApp as a candidate, leaves a comment on their profile for the recruiter and tells them where their process stands. If your team decides so, it also moves candidates between stages, disqualifies them with your account's reasons and checks employees and events such as interviews. It is Workable's official server: the Met only sees and does what the connecting account allows, and usage runs on your Workable plan.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Workable
Tell people which jobs are open
When someone asks on WhatsApp whether you are hiring, your Met checks the jobs in your account and tells them which ones exist and what each requires, with what Workable says.
Register whoever applies in the chat
If the person wants to apply, your Met creates the candidate in Workable with the details they gave in the conversation and leaves a comment on their profile so the recruiter knows where they came from.
Tell the candidate where things stand
When a candidate writes back, your Met checks their profile and tells them where their process stands, without anyone on the team having to look it up.
Move or disqualify with your account's reasons
If your team asks, your Met moves candidates between stages or disqualifies them using the disqualification reasons you already set up in Workable.

The limits
What the Workable integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not post jobs or change their description: with the tools on this page, jobs can only be read. They are created and edited in Workable.
-
It does not schedule interviews. It can read the account's events, but this page lists no tool to create them.
-
It sees no more than the account that connected Workable. If that user has no access to a job or a candidate, neither does the Met.
-
It does not delete departments with the initial setup: that action starts switched off, and the workspace admin decides which actions to turn on. Met does not ask for confirmation in the chat.
-
Your company pays for Workable usage under its plan. Meteor does not resell Workable and Met does not charge Energy for these calls.
Before you start
What you need to connect Workable
- 1
A Workable account
The account your team already runs its hiring processes with works. Workable says its MCP server is available on all its plans.
- 2
Connect Workable in Met
In Met, open Connections, then Workable, then Connect. A Workable window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Workable only accepts redirect URLs from a pre-approved list: if you see a redirect URL error, ask Workable support to add Met's.
- 3
Decide which actions stay on
The workspace admin chooses in the connector which actions stay on, for example moving or disqualifying candidates. Deleting departments starts switched off.

Only if the admin keeps that action on and the Met's instructions say so. It uses the disqualification reasons your team already set up in Workable.
