Ticket Tailor and Meteor AI agents
Connect Ticket Tailor to a WhatsApp Met: check events and dates, find orders and issued tickets and review check-ins with the official MCP.
How does Ticket Tailor connect to Meteor?
With the Ticket Tailor ready connector, your WhatsApp Met uses Ticket Tailor's official MCP server on the account the admin authorizes. It lists your events, their series and dates, opens the details of one, finds a buyer's order and the tickets issued to them, and reviews check-ins. If the admin leaves it on, it also issues a ticket, records a check-in, holds seats, creates a discount code and checks the waitlist. It is Ticket Tailor's official server: usage runs on your account, and voiding a ticket starts switched off.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Ticket Tailor
Answer which events and dates are coming
When someone asks on WhatsApp what is coming up, the Met lists your events or the dates of a series and answers with what is published in Ticket Tailor, not with an old list.
Tell the status of a purchase
If the buyer says their tickets never arrived, the Met finds their order and the issued tickets and tells them what is on record.
Hold seats for a group
If the admin leaves it on, the Met creates a hold for a group that confirmed on WhatsApp, so those tickets are not sold while your team closes the payment.
Give a discount code
If the admin leaves it on, the Met creates a discount code with the terms the skill sets and shares it with the person in the conversation.

The limits
What the Ticket Tailor integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not charge for tickets or confirm payments: the purchase happens on the Ticket Tailor page. This page does not include the action that confirms an order's payment.
-
It does not create or edit events, dates or ticket types. Those actions exist on the server, but this page does not include them.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before issuing a ticket or creating a discount. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on; voiding tickets starts switched off.
-
It does not resend tickets to the buyer's email: it can tell which tickets were issued, but resending still happens in Ticket Tailor.
Before you start
What you need to connect Ticket Tailor
- 1
A Ticket Tailor account with events
You need a Ticket Tailor account with your events published. The connector works on that account's events and orders.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Ticket Tailor → Connect. A Ticket Tailor window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about Ticket Tailor and Meteor
It does not take payment. It answers which events and dates there are and shares the purchase link you put in the skill; the purchase happens in Ticket Tailor.
Only if the admin turns that action on, because it starts switched off. Voiding a ticket is best left to your team.
Yes. The Met lists the event series and each one's dates, so it can answer which days are left for the same event.
You do, with your own Ticket Tailor account. Meteor does not resell Ticket Tailor: the connector uses your company's account.
