How does Jumpseller connect to Meteor?

With the Jumpseller ready connector, your Met uses Jumpseller's official MCP server on your store, authorized once with your account. On WhatsApp it can search a product by name, description or SKU and reply with its variants and images, find an order by number, name, email or product and say what status it is in, and locate the customer with their addresses. If you turn writing on, it also changes an order status or adds tracking, creates and edits products and pages, and builds categories. Deleting products, categories or pages starts turned off. It does not charge or create new orders: the purchase happens in your store.

Answer where an order is

The customer writes with their order number or email. Your Met finds the order, reads the status and products, and replies in the same conversation without anyone opening the Jumpseller panel.

Add the tracking number when the order ships

With writing turned on, someone on the team gives the Met the tracking number and the Met adds it to the order and changes its status, so the buyer sees it in their store account.

Answer about a product with real data

When asked about size, color or price, your Met searches by name or SKU and replies with the variants the product has published in Jumpseller.

Add products from the internal chat

Your team describes a new product with its variants and category to the Met, and the Met creates it in the store. Large images go up through a direct upload link.

The limits

What the Jumpseller integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

It does not create orders or charge. The official MCP reads and updates existing orders, but the purchase happens in your store checkout.
It does not handle coupons, discounts or payment methods. Those are not among the 27 documented tools; for them, the MCP itself points to the panel screen where they are done.
It does not ask you for confirmation in the chat before writing. The admin chooses which actions stay on; deleting products, categories and pages starts turned off.
It does not go over 100 requests per minute per account. That is the limit Jumpseller publishes; above it the server answers with a too many requests error.
It does not pay your Jumpseller plan. Usage runs on your account and plan, and each connection is tied to a single store.

Before you start

What you need to connect Jumpseller

A Jumpseller store

The account you manage your store with. The connection cannot have more permissions than that account inside the store, and if the account is removed, the connection drops.

Connect it in Met

In Met go to Connections → Jumpseller → Connect. You sign in with Jumpseller, pick the store and approve access. Nobody asks you for the token in the chat.

Decide which actions stay on

The workspace admin chooses which actions stay on. Delete actions start turned off and only the admin turns them on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Jumpseller and Meteor

Yes, but each one with its own connection. Jumpseller ties each authorization to one store and does not let you switch it inside the same connection.

Yes, if the order update action is on. It changes the order status or adds the tracking your team gives it; the label comes from your carrier, not from Jumpseller.

Jumpseller's MCP includes a tool that points to the panel screen where that task is done, so someone on the team can finish it by hand.

You do, with your Jumpseller account and plan. Met does not charge for the calls your Met makes to your store.
