Answer the status of a Jumpseller order over WhatsApp

An AI agent finds the customer's Jumpseller order, tells them how it is going on WhatsApp and saves the tracking number when it ships.

How do I tell a customer on WhatsApp how their Jumpseller order is going without opening the panel?

A Met connected to Jumpseller asks for the order number or the purchase email, finds the customer and their order in your store and replies with the status, the products and, if it has shipped, the tracking number. When your team ships and gives it the tracking number, the Met saves it on the order and changes its status, so the buyer also sees it in their account. If the person asks for something these tools do not do, such as a refund, the Met tells your team which panel screen handles it. Writing to the order depends on the admin turning that action on.

What starts it

When the customer writes

It starts when a buyer writes on WhatsApp asking about their order. There is no trigger to set up: the Met assigned to the line handles it inside that conversation. Saving the tracking happens when someone on the team gives it to the Met.

Nothing to set up. The Met assigned to that channel picks up the conversation and runs the procedure inside it.

Who runs it

Store after sales Met

Customer service team

It is the Met that serves people who already bought. Its job is to answer with the real order status, without anyone on the team having to look it up, and to leave the tracking saved where the buyer can see it.

5 steps · 6 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

Locate the customer by email or name

If the person does not have the order number at hand, the Met searches the customer by email or name in Jumpseller and opens their record with the saved addresses, so it does not mix them up with another buyer with the same name.

  2. 2

    Find the right order

With the number, name, email or product they bought, the Met searches for the order. If there are several, it asks the person which one, by date or product, before answering.

  3. 3

    Read the status and answer

The Met opens the full order and replies with its status, the products and the tracking if it already has it. If the order is still waiting for payment or shipping, it says so plainly and does not promise a date Jumpseller does not have.

  4. 4

Save the tracking when the order ships

When your team ships, they give the Met the tracking number. The Met adds it to the order and changes its status, so the buyer sees it in their store account. This step only happens if the order update action is on.

  5. 5

Hand over what is not solved here

If the person asks for an exchange, a return or a refund, the Met does not improvise: it checks which Jumpseller panel screen handles it and leaves your team the order and that route to finish by hand.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

The Met looks it up by email, name or the product they bought. If several orders come up, it asks which one before answering.

Only if that information is on the order or in the tracking your team saved. The Met does not calculate delivery dates on its own.

That depends on how your store notifications are set up in Jumpseller. The Met changes the order; Jumpseller sends the notices.

Each store needs its own connection, because Jumpseller ties each authorization to a single store.
