Connect Instantly to a WhatsApp Met: add leads to your cold email campaigns and check their performance through the official Instantly MCP server.
How does Instantly connect to Meteor?
With the Instantly ready connector, your Met works on your cold email campaigns using the account the admin authorizes. It lists your campaigns and the email accounts you send from, creates a lead with their email, name and company inside the right campaign, and pulls the analytics for one campaign or all of them over a date range. You can add someone who leaves their email on WhatsApp to a sequence, or ask the Met how a campaign is going. It is Instantly's official server: usage runs on your Instantly account. Met connects it with only those four actions on; everything else the server exposes arrives switched off.

Add to a campaign whoever leaves their email
When someone writing on WhatsApp agrees to receive information, the Met lists your campaigns, picks the one its instructions name and creates the lead with their email, name and company.
Tell you how a campaign is going
You ask on WhatsApp how this month's campaign is going and the Met pulls its analytics over the date range you give, so you read the result without opening the Instantly dashboard.
Review the accounts you send from
The Met lists the workspace's sending email accounts and tells you which ones are in each status, so you know whether any needs attention before launching a sequence.
Avoid duplicate leads
When creating the lead, the Met can ask to skip it if it is already in the workspace, the campaign or the list, with the options Instantly's own lead creation provides.

The limits
What the Instantly integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before creating a lead. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on.

It does not write the email for you on this page: the sequence and its steps are built in Instantly, and the lead joins the campaign that already exists.

It does not activate campaigns or touch API keys or billing: the server exposes the whole Instantly API, but Met connects it with only the four actions on this page switched on. Everything else arrives switched off; in Connections you see the full list and the admin decides whether to turn anything on.

It does not send WhatsApp messages from Instantly. The conversation happens on the line you connected in Met; Instantly handles the emails.
Before you start
What you need to connect Instantly

An Instantly account with campaigns
Connect with the account of the Instantly workspace where your campaigns and sending accounts live, because the connector works with that account's permissions.

Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Instantly → Connect. An Instantly window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Only the four actions on this page arrive switched on; the rest stays off until the admin turns it on.

Questions about Instantly and Meteor
Not out of the box: Met connects Instantly with only the four actions on this page switched on (listing campaigns and accounts, pulling analytics and creating leads). The server's other actions arrive switched off, and the admin decides in Connections whether to turn any on.

Yes. Analytics can be requested for one campaign or for all of them, over the date range you give in the chat.
