gigstack and Meteor AI agents
Connect gigstack to a WhatsApp Met: register customers, prepare CFDI invoice drafts and look up keys in the SAT catalog.
How do I prepare a CFDI invoice in gigstack from WhatsApp?
With the gigstack ready connector, your Met works on your tax workflow in Mexico. It looks up and registers customers, checks your catalog of products and services, searches the SAT catalogs for keys such as the product key, the unit or the tax regime, and prepares an invoice as a draft it can edit later. Nothing reaches the SAT until the draft is stamped. Issuing a CFDI, stamping a draft and creating payment complements start switched off: the admin decides whether to turn them on. It also checks issued invoices, receipts and the payment complements you already have.
Where it applies: Mexico. gigstack issues CFDI with Mexico's SAT; product, unit and regime keys come from the SAT catalogs.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with gigstack
Leave ready the invoice you are asked for on WhatsApp
When a customer asks for an invoice, the Met finds or registers the customer, takes the service from your catalog and prepares the draft. Stamping stays with your team, because it starts switched off.
Find the right SAT key
If you do not know which product or unit key something you sell takes, the Met searches the SAT catalog and tells you which one matches the description.
Confirm an invoice you already issued
If a customer says their invoice never arrived, the Met finds it among issued invoices and confirms it exists, with the data gigstack has.
Check which payment complements exist
For deferred payment invoices, the Met lists the payment complements already created, so you know which are missing. Creating a new one starts switched off.

The limits
What the gigstack integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not stamp or issue with the SAT out of the box: issuing a CFDI, stamping a draft and creating payment complements start switched off. The admin decides whether to turn them on.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before creating a draft or a customer. The admin chooses in Connections which actions stay on.
-
It does not cancel stamped invoices: the server documents no action to cancel a CFDI.
-
It does not make up the customer's tax data: the RFC, regime and postal code have to come from the customer or from your records in gigstack.
-
It does not invoice in other countries: gigstack works with CFDI and the SAT catalogs of Mexico.
Before you start
What you need to connect gigstack
- 1
A gigstack account with its Team ID and an API key
The Team ID shows at the top left of any gigstack screen. The API key is generated in gigstack, under Config → API → Keys.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → gigstack → Connect. The gigstack authorization screen opens, where you enter your Team ID and API key. Then you choose which actions stay on.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about gigstack and Meteor
Only if the admin turns stamping on, because it starts switched off. Without it, the Met leaves the invoice as a draft and your team stamps it in gigstack.
It is a prepared invoice that does not exist yet for the SAT. It can be edited as many times as needed and only becomes a CFDI when it is stamped.
Yes. The Met searches the SAT catalogs for product keys, units, tax regimes and other values, and tells you which one applies.
You do, with your own gigstack plan. Meteor does not resell gigstack: the connector uses your company's account.
