Gamma and Meteor AI agents

Connect Gamma to a WhatsApp Met: create decks from your templates, export them to PDF and see if your customer opened them, with 21 tools.

How does Gamma connect to Meteor?

With the Gamma ready connector, your Met works on the Gamma workspace the admin authorizes and gets 21 tools. It creates presentations, documents, webpages or social posts from scratch or from a template in your workspace, exports them to PDF, PPTX or PNG and shares the download link on WhatsApp. It also finds and reads existing gammas, reads their comments and tells you how many people opened a proposal and which card they reached. It is Gamma's official server: it works on every plan, each generation spends credits from your plan, and editing a gamma starts switched off until the admin turns it on.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with Gamma

Build a proposal from your template

The Met finds the proposal template in your Gamma workspace and creates a new gamma with what the customer asked for in the conversation. The template keeps its structure and the original does not change.

Send the PDF on WhatsApp

When the proposal is ready, the Met exports it to PDF or PPTX and shares the download link in the conversation. That link expires in about a week.

Know whether the customer opened the proposal

Days later, the Met checks how many people opened the gamma, when it was last opened and which card they reached, so your team follows up with data and not in the dark.

Read what people commented on a gamma

The Met lists a gamma's comments and replies and sums up what your team or your customer asked to change, without you having to open Gamma.

Generate the image for a post

For a post or a cover, the Met generates an image from a description, with the aspect ratio you need, and leaves it saved in your Gamma workspace library.

The limits

What the Gamma integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect Gamma

  1. 1

    A Gamma account with credits

Any Gamma plan works. Each generation spends credits, and if they run out the Met tells you which plan limit was hit so you can buy more or change plans in Gamma.

  2. 2

Access to the gammas the Met will use

To read and export, the connected account needs view access to the gamma; to edit it, edit access. To see everyone who opened it, it needs manage permission: with edit only, it sees just its own activity.

  3. 3

    Connect it in Met

In Met, open Connections → Gamma → Connect. A Gamma window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Gamma and Meteor

Yes, the templates in your workspace. The Met finds the one the skill names and creates the gamma from it. Gamma's sample templates are only for browsing ideas.

You do, with the credits of your Gamma plan. Meteor does not resell Gamma: the connector uses your company's account and Gamma checks each request against your plan at that moment.

Yes, if editing is available on your account and the admin turns that action on, since it starts switched off. It changes one page at a time and does not add new pages.

The Met checks the gamma's analytics: views, unique viewers, last open and which card they reached. The data can take up to an hour to show up.
