Review the prices your competitors publish on their websites with Tavily

An AI agent finds your competitors' sites, reads their pricing pages with Tavily and gives you a comparison with links.

How do I compare my prices with what my competitors publish without checking site by site?

You write to your Met your service, your city and, if you know them, your competitors' names. The Met searches the web for the missing sites, maps each site to find the pricing or plans section, crawls that section, extracts the content of the pages where the prices are and, at the end, asks for a research that compares everything with citations. It sends you on WhatsApp a short table with what each competitor publishes, each source's link and what it did not find. If a competitor does not publish prices, the Met says so instead of estimating them.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone on the team asks the Met to review competitors' prices. Each review runs on request and spends Tavily API credits.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Analytics Met that compares published prices

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is an internal Met with Tavily connected: its work ends when it delivers the comparison with links, or when it says which competitor does not publish prices.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the competitors' sites

If you did not give it the sites, the Met searches the web for businesses offering your service in your city and proposes the list before going on, so it does not review sites that do not compete with you.

  2. 2

    Map each site

The Met maps each site to list its pages and find the pricing, plans or rates section. That way it does not crawl the whole site and spends fewer credits.

  3. 3

    Crawl the pricing section

When prices are spread across several pages, such as one per service, the Met crawls only that section of the site and gathers what it finds.

  4. 4

Read the pages where the prices are

The Met extracts the clean content of the pages with the prices and keeps the price, what it includes and any written terms, with each page's link.

  5. 5

    Build the comparison with citations

The Met asks for a research that puts what each competitor publishes side by side, with the citation for each fact, and sends it summarized on WhatsApp along with what it did not find.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

They are what the site shows at the time of the query. If the competitor does not update its page, the Met reads whatever is published.

A few relevant ones. Each extra site spends more credits, and a comparison of three or four direct competitors usually says more than one of twenty.

This procedure runs on request. Repeating it every month means asking again, and each run spends credits from your Tavily account.
