Enhance on WhatsApp the photo a customer sends for printing, with Magnific

An AI agent gets a customer's photo on WhatsApp, enhances it and removes the background with Magnific (formerly Freepik) and sends it back.

How do I enhance on WhatsApp the blurry photo a customer sends me to print on a product?

A Met connected to Magnific, formerly Freepik, checks that your account has credits, uploads the photo the customer sent on WhatsApp and enhances it with Magnific's upscaler. If the product calls for it, such as a mug, a T shirt or a sticker, it also removes the background. It waits for the job to finish and sends the customer the ready image in the same conversation, so they approve it before printing. Each enhancement spends your Magnific account's credits based on the model and resolution, and the Met warns you if the balance is not enough.

What starts it

When the customer writes

It starts when a customer sends on WhatsApp the photo they want on their personalized product. There is no trigger to configure: the Met assigned to the line runs the procedure inside that conversation.

Nothing to set up. The Met assigned to that channel picks up the conversation and runs the procedure inside it.

Who runs it

Sales Met for personalized products

Studio team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is the Met that already sells on the WhatsApp of a personalized products store, with Magnific connected. Its work ends when the customer approves the image that will be printed, without anyone on the team editing it by hand.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

Check that the credits are enough

Before touching the photo, the Met checks your Magnific account's credit balance. If it is not enough, it tells the customer the team will help them and does not leave the job half done.

  2. 2

    Upload the customer's photo

The Met starts the upload, sends the photo that came in on WhatsApp and completes the upload, so it becomes a creation in your Magnific account that can be worked on.

  3. 3

Enhance the photo with the upscaler

The Met runs the photo through Magnific's upscaler to gain size and sharpness, which is what fails when a phone photo is printed large.

  4. 4

Remove the background when the product needs it

If the skill says the product takes a cutout figure, such as a sticker or a mug, the Met removes the background from the enhanced photo and leaves a transparent cutout.

  5. 5

Wait for the job to finish

Enhancing and cutting out are not instant. The Met waits for the creation to finish instead of sending the customer an incomplete result or an error message.

  6. 6

Send the image back for approval

With the creation ready, the Met pulls it and sends it to the customer in the conversation for approval. If the customer asks for another adjustment, the Met starts from that same creation.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

It depends on the model and resolution used, and Magnific does not publish a per tool rate on its MCP page. That is why the Met checks the balance before starting.

It is the same: Freepik's MCP server is deprecated and redirects to Magnific's, which is the one Met connects to.

Yes. Since the image is saved as a creation, the Met starts from it for the next adjustment instead of starting from scratch.

You do, with your Magnific account and plan. Meteor does not charge for the calls your Met makes to Magnific and does not resell the service.
