Generate a promotion's images on WhatsApp from your Bannerbear templates

An AI agent takes your promotion's products and prices on WhatsApp and generates the images with your Bannerbear templates, one per product.

How do I get an image for each product on sale without designing them one by one?

A Met connected to Bannerbear takes the promotion on WhatsApp: the products, the prices and the photos. It finds your promotions template, reads its layer names and generates a first image for your approval. With the go-ahead, it builds a batch with one image per product, up to 100 per request, and sends you the results. If you have a Bannerbear workflow that also makes the video version, the Met checks it and runs it with the same data. Everything comes from your templates, so the pieces keep your brand's design.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone at the business sends the Met the list of products on sale with their prices and photos on WhatsApp. It does not run in the background: each promotion is a request.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Who runs it

Studio team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is the Met that prepares the business's social content, with Bannerbear connected. Its work ends when the promotion images are generated and approved; posting them is left to the Met or the person who runs social media.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find the promotions template

The Met lists your Bannerbear templates and keeps the one the skill names, for example "Product promo".

  2. 2

    Read its layers

The Met pulls the template with its layer names, such as photo, name and price, to know what to change in each image without guessing.

  3. 3

Generate a first image for approval

With the first product on the list, the Met generates the image by changing its layers and sends it to you to confirm the price and the photo came out right.

  4. 4

Generate the rest in a batch

With the go-ahead, the Met builds a batch with one image per product, up to 100 per request, and sends you the results when they are done.

  5. 5

Check whether there is a video workflow

The Met lists your Bannerbear workflows and the inputs each one takes, to see whether one makes the video version of the promotion.

  6. 6

Run the workflow with the same data

If there is one, the Met runs that workflow with the product and the price. The workflow chains its steps and returns the finished file, which the Met shares with you.

Yes: you edit it in Bannerbear and the next promotion already comes out with the new design, because the Met reads the template every time.

No: according to Bannerbear, long jobs are waited on until they finish and return the ready file, so the Met sends you the images when they are done.
