Create a satisfaction survey in SurveyMonkey from the chat

An AI agent builds in SurveyMonkey the survey your team describes in the chat, creates its web link and later summarizes the responses.

How do I build a satisfaction survey in SurveyMonkey without opening the editor?

Someone on your team describes the survey they need to the Met, for example three questions about WhatsApp service. The Met checks the available question types, creates the survey in your SurveyMonkey account, adds the questions and creates a web link collector to share it. Days later, when asked, it counts how many responses it has and brings the summary of what people answered. The survey is answered in SurveyMonkey, not inside the chat.

What starts it

When the customer writes

It starts when an employee writes to the Met assigned to the conversation and asks it to build a survey, or asks how an existing one is going. The person writing is on your team, not a customer. There is no trigger to configure.

Nothing to set up. The Met assigned to that channel picks up the conversation and runs the procedure inside it.

Who runs it

Met that analyzes data for the team

It is not a customer service Met: it is the one that helps your team with data and surveys, with SurveyMonkey connected. Its work ends when the survey has a link and, later, when the team knows what people answered.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Check the question types

Before creating anything, the Met checks which question types SurveyMonkey offers, so it builds each question with a type that exists and not an invented one.

  2. 2

    Create the survey

With the title and purpose your team gave, the Met creates the survey in the SurveyMonkey account and keeps its ID for the next steps.

  3. 3

    Add the questions

The Met adds the questions your team described one by one, in the order requested. If a question does not fit any available type, it says so instead of forcing it.

  4. 4

Create the link to share it

With the survey ready, the Met creates a web link collector and gives the link to your team, which decides where and with whom to share it.

  5. 5

    Count and summarize the responses

When someone asks how the survey is going, the Met counts its responses and brings the SurveyMonkey summary to tell the team what repeats most.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Yes, if the admin kept editing on. The Met can edit or reorder questions; deleting a question starts switched off.

No. They answer in SurveyMonkey, through the web link. The Met then counts and summarizes the responses for your team.

Your company, under its SurveyMonkey plan. Meteor does not resell SurveyMonkey and does not charge Energy for these calls.
