SurveyMonkey and Meteor AI agents

Connect SurveyMonkey to a Meteor AI agent: create surveys, get their web link and summarize their responses, with 18 tools.

How does SurveyMonkey connect to Meteor?

With SurveyMonkey connected, your Met creates a survey in your account, adds pages and questions, edits or reorders them, and creates a web link collector to share it. It then finds your surveys, counts how many responses they have, brings the responses and their summary, and tells your team without exporting anything. This page describes 18 tools from SurveyMonkey's official server; deleting a question starts switched off until the admin turns it on.

What it automates

What a Meteor Met does with SurveyMonkey

Build a survey from the chat

Your team describes the survey it needs to the Met and it creates it in SurveyMonkey, with its pages and questions, using the available question types.

Get the link to share it

With the survey ready, the Met creates a web link collector so your team can share it with its customers.

Know how many have answered

From the internal chat, someone asks the Met how many responses the survey has and it checks in SurveyMonkey.

Summarize what your customers say

The Met brings the survey's summary and responses and tells your team what repeats, without exporting a file.

18 tools

Everything your Met can ask SurveyMonkey for

Each one is a real action in the connector. You can switch off the ones you would rather it never used.

The limits

What the SurveyMonkey integration does NOT do

We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.

Before you start

What you need to connect SurveyMonkey

  1. 1

    A SurveyMonkey account

The account your company already runs surveys with works. The Met works with what that account can see and do.

  2. 2

    Connect it in Met

In Met, open Connections, then SurveyMonkey, then Connect. A SurveyMonkey window opens so you sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about SurveyMonkey and Meteor

It can create the web link collector, and that link is shared in the conversation. The person answers in SurveyMonkey, not inside the chat.

No. SurveyMonkey's server has no tool to delete surveys. Deleting a question does, and that action starts switched off.

No. The Met brings the responses and their summary straight from SurveyMonkey and tells you what they say in the chat.

Your company, under its SurveyMonkey plan. Meteor does not resell SurveyMonkey and does not charge Energy for these calls.
