Turn a product photo into a promotion image on WhatsApp, with Recraft

An AI agent takes the product photo you send on WhatsApp, gives it a new background with Recraft, prepares variations and sends you the final piece.

How do I turn a product photo I took with my phone into a promotion image?

A Met connected to Recraft checks that your account has credits, takes the product photo you send on WhatsApp and generates a new background from the scene you describe, for example a wooden table in morning light. If you want options, it generates variations from that image, and if you have no photo, it creates the piece from a text. Finally it upscales the one you pick without changing its content and sends it back in the conversation, ready to post. Each step spends credits from your Recraft plan.

What starts it

When someone asks for it

It starts when someone at the business sends the Met a product photo on WhatsApp and describes the promotion. It does not run in the background: each piece is a request and spends Recraft credits.

A manual task: someone on the team runs it with a button, or asks the Met for it in chat.

Studio team

This is not a named, seeded Met. It is the Met that prepares the business's social content, with Recraft connected. Its work ends when the promotion image is approved and in good resolution; posting it is left to the Met or the person who runs social media.

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Check the credit balance

Before generating, the Met checks the Recraft account and its credit balance. If it is not enough, it says so instead of leaving the piece half done.

  2. 2

    Give the product a setting

With the photo that arrived on WhatsApp and the scene you described, the Met generates a new background for the product, with the style and size the skill sets.

  3. 3

    Prepare variations to choose from

If you ask for options, the Met generates new images from the first one and the promotion text, with a similarity strength so they stay close to the product.

  4. 4

Create the piece from a text when there is no photo

If the promotion is not about a product with a photo, such as a general discount, the Met generates the image from the description you gave, in the brand's style.

  5. 5

    Upscale the chosen one

With the image approved, the Met upscales it without changing its content, so it does not look blurry in a story or a poster, and sends it back in the conversation.

FAQ

Questions about this automation

Yes. The Met changes its background and finally upscales it, which is what usually fails when a phone photo is used large.

As many as you want to pay for in credits: each variation spends Recraft credits. It is best to ask for a few and refine the one you like most.

Recraft does it, but that action starts switched off in Met. If you need it, the admin turns it on in Connections.

Your Recraft account, with your plan's credits. Meteor does not resell Recraft or charge per image.
