Book a meeting with your customer over WhatsApp and confirm it by email with Superhuman Mail

An AI agent finds open times in your Superhuman calendar, books the meeting your customer asks for on WhatsApp and confirms it by email.

How do I book a meeting in my Superhuman calendar over WhatsApp and send the customer the confirmation by email?

A Met connected to Superhuman Mail finds open times for you and the people joining the meeting, offers them to the customer on WhatsApp and, with the one they choose, creates the event in your calendar. Then it drafts a confirmation email in your tone, sends it from your account and checks that it was delivered. If the customer later asks whether it arrived, the Met checks whether they opened the email and when. The Superhuman Mail MCP needs a Business plan or higher, and sending emails only happens if the admin leaves that action on.

What starts it

When the customer writes

It starts when a customer writes on WhatsApp asking for a meeting, a visit or a call with someone on your team. There is no trigger to set up: the Met assigned to the line handles it inside that conversation.

Nothing to set up. The Met assigned to that channel picks up the conversation and runs the procedure inside it.

Who runs it

Sales scheduling Met

Customer service team

It is the Met that answers the WhatsApp line and has Superhuman Mail connected. Its work ends when the meeting is in your calendar and the customer has the confirmation in their inbox.

6 steps · 6 tools

The procedure, step by step

Each step shows the tool that runs. They belong to the real connector: if one of them stopped existing, this page would not build.

  1. 1

    Find open times

With the dates that work for the customer, the Met finds open times for the group of meeting participants and offers in the chat the ones Superhuman returned.

  2. 2

Create the event in your calendar

With the time the customer chose, the Met creates the event in your Superhuman calendar, with the details its instructions set. This step needs the events action on.

  3. 3

    Draft the confirmation

The Met drafts an email to the customer in your voice and tone, with the date, the time and what will be covered. The draft stays in your Superhuman Mail drafts.

  4. 4

    Send the email

The Met sends the email from your account. Superhuman recommends asking for confirmation on every send, because the email goes out instantly; if the admin leaves this action on, the Met sends it on its own.

  5. 5

    Check that it was delivered

The Met checks whether the email it sent has been delivered, and if not, tells the customer on WhatsApp that the confirmation may take a while or to check the email they gave.

  6. 6

Answer whether the customer saw it

If someone later asks whether the customer saw the confirmation, the Met checks who opened the email, when and on which device.
