Superhuman Mail and Meteor AI agents
Connect Superhuman Mail to a Met: search threads, draft and send emails, check who opened them and schedule meetings with the official MCP.
How does Superhuman Mail connect to Meteor?
With the Superhuman Mail ready connector, your Met works on your Superhuman inbox and calendar, with the account the admin authorizes. It searches threads with filters or with a natural language question, opens a thread or an attachment, drafts an email in your tone and sends it, and checks who opened your emails. It also sets reminders on a thread, finds open times for a meeting and creates the event in your calendar. The Superhuman Mail MCP needs a Business plan or higher; usage runs on your Superhuman account.
What it automates
What a Meteor Met does with Superhuman Mail
Email what they asked for on WhatsApp
The customer asks for the quote by email. The Met drafts it in your tone, sends it from your Superhuman account and then checks whether it was delivered.
Know whether the customer read your email
When you ask on WhatsApp whether the customer saw the proposal, the Met checks who opened the email, when and on which device.
Schedule a meeting with several people
The Met finds open times for the group of participants and creates the event in your calendar at the time they picked.
Keep a thread from getting lost
If a customer says they will reply in a few days, the Met sets a reminder on that thread so it comes back to your inbox at the time you set.

The limits
What the Superhuman Mail integration does NOT do
We would rather say it here than have you find out during rollout.
-
It does not ask for confirmation in the chat before sending. If the admin leaves sending on, the email goes out from your account; Superhuman recommends asking for confirmation on every send.
-
It does not work on the Starter plan. Superhuman requires a Business plan or higher, Ask AI turned on and its Chrome extension to authenticate.
-
It does not show Gmail or Outlook drafts in Superhuman. Drafts created by the MCP show up in Superhuman Mail, and those from other tools do not yet.
-
It does not manage several accounts from this page. Adding, switching or removing accounts in the session is left out, and the Met works with the default account.
-
It does not change your saved writing style. The action that edits Superhuman's personalization is left out of this page.
Before you start
What you need to connect Superhuman Mail
- 1
A Superhuman Mail account on a Business plan or higher
With Ask AI turned on and the Superhuman Mail Chrome extension to authenticate. On Enterprise or managed accounts, the admin may need to enable the MCP server.
- 2
Connect it in Met
In Met, open Connections → Superhuman Mail → Connect. A Superhuman window opens so you can sign in and authorize Met. Then you choose which actions stay on.
